I was switching 5 lines to T-mobile from another carrier and I was hesitant due to the complicated process of getting rebates, how to pay off my previous phones, etc. The only reason I did it was because of the excellent customer service given by Jesus Castillo at this store. He walked me through the process with great patience, he never looked rushed and he went far and beyond in his service, even helping me when he was off hours and always offering a solution to win my business for T-Mobile. I think this store is lucky to have him and should promote young employees like Jesus.”

“went in a 2 weeks ago and some gentleman helped me get 2 phone lines with a new Iphone switching from cricket. He added another line with a tablet WITHOUT my consent. I called Customer service to cancel the line and tablet I never requested and they said it was cancelled. I go in the next day and talk to someone at T-Mobile the same gentleman that set us up with everything. But to my surprise he saw me and went and stayed in the back, and another agent with attitude helped me out, I wouldn't even say helped cause they made everything worse. I've been a customer for 7+ years and this is the first time this has happened, but it's cool I guess y'all don't gaf about customer service, I kept my cool and just went about my day hoping y'all see this and I don't if y'all think it's okay to add a line and tablet without my permission and then have the audacity to charge me all that extra stuff, which I PAID, because I'm an adult and responsible. Can't say the same for your damn company. Loved y'all up until now. Calling corporate too cause that store was horrible and very unprofessional. UPDATE: THANK YOU AMANDA, YOU WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ASSISTED FULLY WITH WHAT I NEEDED DONE IN A VERY QUICK FASHION.
