“Miele is the best vacuum I have ever owned. My Aluminum Anniversary lasted 22 years (Consumer Reports suggestion in 2002) before the cord got a short in it. Cord comes attached to the reel only and is sold as a complete unit(Discontinued of course as it’s 22 years old ?). It’s spring loaded and can’t be separated. That’s it but the motor was strong as ever. Amazing lifespan! Jay is your man for a reasonable repair or replacement from this certified repair store. He doesn’t hard sell anything but informs you of the costs and benefits of each brand he sells. I did purchase a new “Complete C3 Marin Powerline - SGJEO with the electric lighted electrobrush based on Consumer Reports and his suggestions after a few trips in. (The vacuums are available to run/test/try on different carpets.) Geez, I didn’t go wrong! He transferred the vacuum himself, from another store, and I picked it up the next day, after he called me. Great customer service, and a wonderfully kind man, full of knowledge. P.S. This vacuum Marin C3 is 100% German made. Like my last (2) Porsche, “There is no substitute!”. A must visit store.”

“I dropped off some batteries for recycling, and the staff was very helpful. Missing bike parking though.
The electronics displays are kinda weird since they're bolted in place instead of tethered like most places, and then make a loud cry if you try to pick them up to feel the weight distribution (I was curious about a small Macha e-reader and wanted to see its hand feel).”

“The shopping experience was very pleasant at this Home Depot. The staff were very helpful and most of everything standard was at this store.
They had amazing clearance items that were unreal; Moen and Kohler faucets that were on sale for 60 - 70% off.
The shelves were stocked and very organized, but the dust was extremely thick on my items. Could not even touch anything without being covered with the typical Home Depot dust. It looks like cement mix dust that is on everything and it is extra thick and atypical compared on other Home Depot stores.
On this night, all the parking lights were out; it felt strange and uncomfortable to be in a parking lot that is totally dark.
Five Stars for me is amazing experience; this was what I expected and definitely met my shopping need and expectations. Please clean up the store to a basic minimum and let's get the power back on in the parking lot please. Thank You”

“I want to personally shout out Victoria in this store. She is the epitome of customer service. I picked an already sold recliner set and didn’t really want any other kind. First she called a few stores looking for it with no luck, then gave me the option to order although I didn’t really want to do that. Finally, she was able to get the set back I had from a different store and get it delivered the next day. I told her I needed a 30 min call ahead so I can leave work, which the delivery drivers did, but it was written in capital letters and highlighted on my agreement as a reminder to them. She was pleasant and accommodating from the time I walked in the store until the final call to set my delivery time. I recommend this store to everyone and anyone.”
