“I dropped off some batteries for recycling, and the staff was very helpful. Missing bike parking though.
The electronics displays are kinda weird since they're bolted in place instead of tethered like most places, and then make a loud cry if you try to pick them up to feel the weight distribution (I was curious about a small Macha e-reader and wanted to see its hand feel).”

She was thorough and helpful in making sure that we were getting the right equipment for our picnic gathering.The equipment was in good condition and we had no issues. I will suggest that you get a thorough inspection to make sure everything is in good working condition prior to receiving your equipment.The location of the store was difficult to locate because it is inside the Willow Bend Mall and the location maps inside have not been updated. Best location to park is the parking garage right next to Dillards next to the Food Court entrance.Although the location is not close to where we live, I will be back for future rental equipment assistance.”

“I have been purchasing quality audio and video equipment for many years from Modia and Ben is always very helpful, informative and responsive. I recently bought a new Yamaha home theater receiver from Ben and the service was great as the set up was a bit more complicated than I anticipated. This was followed up with a visit from Robert to further adjust some settings and tweak my system. Man, Robert is (as my wife said) the "Stereo Whisperer" and he was absolutely fantastic not only in solving the issues I had with a simply rewiring fix, but he further enhance my systems performance and delivery/sound overall to another level. “First off, the gas pumps and some parking is under major construction. We stopped by for free Slurpee day, 7-11-23. They had four flavors available and the station was clean. There were other items on sale so we grabbed some single serve ice cream. The clerk was pleasant and friendly. He even encouraged people coming in to get their free Slurpees. I'm surprised everyone doesn't know about this! Anyway, I'm more likely to return once they finish the construction.”

Marcus was the sales associate who assisted me and the last time I came in reported two phones from AT&T to MetroPCS and there was minimal difficulty in doing so. I understand that other people who have posted reviews have had issues with customer service which is understandable since their customer service is outsourced. If you have an issue with your phone or your bill, I would definitely recommend coming to this store to discuss your issues as this is a corporate store.”

“Came in for an OEM expansion pak for my N64 & also bought Virtual Pool as well. The man that helped me was really nice and quick to help me as I approached the counter.
They sell lots of retro games. NES, SNES, PlayStation games, Xbox games.
They also sell vinyls, CDs, and some Pokemon cards.
Cool place. Will be coming back!
Toward the back, they have CRT TV's for people that want to play certain consoles. Not sure how it works though. Will have to inquire about it next time.”
