They often carry items I can’t find at other stores, and their “brand” items have proven to be affordable and reliable.

“These guys are amazing, finally got what I was looking for, someone to talk with me about what i needed instead of just browsing some chinese dropshipper's site and hoping for the best. They have a customer for life in me and in my company. The quality of the product is MILES above what you can get cheaply on Amazon or Alibaba and the pricing is very competitive!”

“I am a third generation Sears / Craftsman devotee. The lifetime warranty of those tools was a draw.. now Harbor Freight is always my first stop. Their Pittsburgh brand tools carry a lifetime warranty, they are priced right for sure, and unless you are a journeyman using the tools everyday I simply don't think that juice is worth the squeeze to have high spend on tools.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and buy the club membership (maybe 40 a year) which gets you specials , deeper discounts, and the occasional xx% off coupon for your highest price item. They used to offer that discount to anyone on their mailing list but the program ended during COVID and the supply chain problems.

They are surprisingly well stocked and often my latest project has some tool solution that can be had here.”

“This is the first time my husband and I have visited the store. I was shocked at how big it was. We didn’t purchase anything, it was more to get acquainted with the inventory. There seemed to be a steady line being rung out at the register which seemed good. There was also a “live” Facebook video going on towards the back.I personally do not know anything about this craft but came with my husband. I was impressed at the things offered at this store. It definitely gave my husband a starting point for whatever he is considering creating.As far as customer service, most people seemed to know what they needed or were perusing for. I did hear questions answered at random times but for the most part people seemed to know what they were there for.I am sure we will visit again.”

Initially, I faced several communication issues over the span of three months regarding the status of my order. It was frustrating to be left in the dark about parts I needed for my equipment. I reached out multiple times and felt that my concerns weren't being addressed as promptly as I had hoped.

However, I want to highlight the exceptional assistance I received from the parts team. They stepped up when it mattered, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving my issues. Winon, in particular, was incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting with my order. She took the time to provide updates, clarify any confusion, and ultimately ensured that I received the parts I needed.

While I wish the initial experience had been smoother, the way the team, especially Winon, wrapped everything up left a positive impression on me. It’s clear that Plano Power Equipment values their customers and is willing to go the extra mile to provide good service.

I came in needing bolts and screws to put a projector together and Sean immediately helped me, found exactly what was needed, after having to do a little search because it was a different size, and even took everything to the back to tighten it so I was ready to go!! “Little tight backing into unloading area. No dock , they put a pallet jack in your trailer and pull skids to the rear of trailer so forklift can take off the pallets. Nice folks. Takes about an hr - hr and half to unload 20+ skids. I delivery to this location from NC often and never had any issues. Keep up the great job !!!”

“The shopping experience was very pleasant at this Home Depot. The staff were very helpful and most of everything standard was at this store.

They had amazing clearance items that were unreal; Moen and Kohler faucets that were on sale for 60 - 70% off.

The shelves were stocked and very organized, but the dust was extremely thick on my items. Could not even touch anything without being covered with the typical Home Depot dust. It looks like cement mix dust that is on everything and it is extra thick and atypical compared on other Home Depot stores.

On this night, all the parking lights were out; it felt strange and uncomfortable to be in a parking lot that is totally dark.

Five Stars for me is amazing experience; this was what I expected and definitely met my shopping need and expectations. Please clean up the store to a basic minimum and let's get the power back on in the parking lot please. Thank You”

“I needed something from Lowe's and was in this area of town so we stopped in. The best time to shop at Lowe's (or HD) is Friday evening. Beat the Saturday morning rush when everyone and their brother comes in for their weekend project supplies. We were replacing our ceiling fan in our sunroom and found just what we were looking for. It was a fan with a remote control to turn on the fan blades and the light. I was also looking for some pull-out shelves for a built-in sideboard. I found the Rev-A-Shelf brand shelves that I know are excellent quality as I've bought some before. I couldn't find any shorter sized rollout shelves, only 22" deep and I needed 17" depth. Sadly, they aren't available in that depth so I had to change my plans and go with Container Store Elfa baskets. Saturday morning, hubby started to dismantle the old ceiling fan and then prepare to install the new fan. As he was starting to install, he realized that since there is only a beam it's getting attached to, we would need to return this model and buy the fan that has the pull chains. I'm fine with that. It's what I'm used to. The return/exchange was seamless. I really like the look of the new ceiling fan. I did have to buy chain extensions so that we could reach the pull chains to turn on/off the light or the fan blades.”
