“Harmeet was very curtious and efficient. Very focused on making the customer happy. I came in with a problem with an older phone. Left with a new one. He needed to help us set up a couple times with the new phone however was very patient and kind. Explained all information twice. I was hard of hearing due to injury to my ears. Harmeet was most kind to talk with my husband what I couldn't hear. Very good service. Will re-visit the Kingwood location again.”

I had a fantastic experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, Raf was very welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to what I needed, explained my options clearly and attentively.
Raf was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with confidence. He even helped set up our 3 phones before we left, making sure everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and professional these days.

“Zorrell was amazing getting all 3 of my lines transfered from T-Mobile . Zorrell went above and beyond makening sure all my devices were working perfect even when T-Mobile said they released the lines and clearly in my app they weren't. So between Zorrell and his tec support they made this family happy and felt very welcoming into the Verizon family . Left T-Mobile after being with them over 20 + years !!!! “I've been there before and few months ago they repaired my phone from me dropping it,and they put new hardware and new screen and I'm going to have to go back to buy me a phone,this free government phone is too slow, not much gb plus I need a new phone with unlimited monthly plan but no contract.prepaid for me bout 50 and up but 5 g or whatever they have that is fast.i have wi fi.”
“Came in today to transfer to verizon with my boyfriend. I had looked online before coming in so i had an idea of the promotions they had. We are both leaving with iphone 17, watch, AND an iPad. Our representative, Chuck, was so amazing!!! This is my first time doing this and he explained everything so clearly. “Dennis gave us the most amazing guest service I have ever received at any Xfinity. He spent 4 hours trying to resolve a problem we were having with my son’s phone after the hurricane. I am a store manager and I tell you he definitely went above and beyond for us. Customer Service should look like him everyday. “I just want to say that Ali was so kind to me. I came in trying to get my shattered phone some service after getting deported back to the US Tuesday from Mexico. I had been living there for over a year so I was not ready to be living in the states again. Needless to say I was deported to Houston and don't know anybody here. He offered me a new phone with 1st month service and insurance for something I could afford. Best 1st impression ever! He went above and beyond what his job required and I am deeply grateful for his help in this moment of need of mine. I will never forget his kindness.”
