“I would like to take a minute to thank BRIAN in the plumbing department at this Home Depot. He made my shopping experience better than I even could've hoped for! I walked in all stressed out and unsure of what I needed in order to fix my leaking shower faucet at home. It was leaking so badly, it was a constant stream of water pouring out and I currently have the water main shut off in order to make this repair. I was looking at the faucet cartridge replacements when Brian walked by and asked if I was doing alright. I said "well, I'm not sure" and proceeded to explain to him what all was going on with my shower. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the correct part, compared it to the model faucet which I confirmed was the same as mine, and went and got me a discount since my cartridge was from Home Depot, not too long ago, and had worn out. Mind you, Home Depot isn't the manufacturer of the part, they are just the supplier. The part I needed is made by Delta but nevertheless, Brian made sure that I was taken care of and given a discount to boot! He didn't make me feel stupid or act annoyed that I needed his help. He also didn't talk my head off or lecture me about whatever it is I was replacing. He was very genuine and down to earth. Best Home Depot experience I've had to date and I come here 50+ times a year.”

“The tool rental part has so much to offer and FRIENDLY service, quick an easy, credit card needed, we rented a snake and was charged 60.00 for 4 hours, got the job done within that time, a plumber probably would have charged triple the amount, God knows we are not professionals but Google knows everything ? ??”

“I came there to buy a grill. When I needed help on finding the liquid for charcoal to make fire, no one helped me out even though I kept asking. I asked the lady in the back, she told me come ask in the front. When I came to the front, I asked them again, then they called someone in the back. Finally I went home without getting what I need. I felt disappointed. Wish they have a better service.”

“I went in for a mailbox they had the one I needed I bought it. It would have been nice though if an associate would have asked me if I needed any help. I was looking at the mailboxes for at least 15 minutes and no hardware was included so then I had to go find the hardware to be able to mount it and still no one asked me if I needed assistance.”

We recently bought a toilet one from home depot and one from here both are same brand so they're pretty similar. They're water saver so we like that, we bought the oval sit so that's pretty big and tall.”
