“I bought a pair of Milwaukee safety glasses over a year ago during a event Milwaukee was doing. I needed some but wasn't looking to spend 25 bucks. But the cute young girl talked me into it. She said at anytime the glasses fail. ANYTIME. Just bring them back and home depot would switch out no questions asked. i said sure. I never thought they would ever actually do what they said. But 3 weeks after buying I happen to be there and sure enough they swapped. then today it's literally been six months . i went in to purchase some other things. Just happened to stop by. I said hey, these are lifetime guarantee and Chris at customer service swapped out. No questions asked no issues.Best purchase ever. no, I will say why I was returning was not a faulty product.It was just wear and tear I put on them. And they stood by that product”
“I have never had an exceptional experience at a Home Depot before but I did today! Nader in the garden center was incredible. As soon as I walked up to check out, he was so kind and friendly. He offered to carry out the bags of sand I had in my cart for me and I told him no worries, I can do it. He said just pull your car up and I’ll load them for you. “1/2/26: Stopped by to pick up a couple of propane tanks, in ahead of the storm. I met Kelly in the garden area, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I picked up a couple of tanks, and she told me that they were out of propane, and to call the next day at 8am. I called at 8:05 am the next day, and was advised that they had propane. I showed up ten minutes later, and after waiting 45 minutes in line in 39 degree weather to fill up my tanks, I was a happy camper. I had good conversation with some of the other customers. The gentleman filling the tanks was very friendly, and didn't seem bother by the line that continued to grow. I am grateful for TSC and their staff for providing a much needed service!”

He understood why I had to return some of the items, and made me feel like a valued customer. He processed my returns from separate dates, explained the process and provided receipts and a gift card, due to a system error in not reading a multipack purchase. I am grateful that he was the one who took care of me.”
