“Abbey (the store manager) and Cole at the Richardson location were AMAZING. Totally exceeded any of my expectations and so much more. The store was busy and they still went so surprisingly attentive to my needs, while also diligently attending to other customers smoothly.
? Abbey, the manager, even looked through my MASSIVE history of purchases all the way back to 2017 just to make sure that I got the correct divider size for my new puppy and I had no idea what size my new crate was before that.
? Cole is also so tender-hearted for animals and the passion he has for them is touchingly evident, and moving. Abbey too is, as she recommended beef lung to me - and now I am finely training my puppy with a very high reward product - while also not making her sick from things far too rich before

“I have nothing but good things to say about Groomer Jayda. She’s been my dogs groomer since he was 6 months old. Her love for pups is so strong. She’s passionate and driven. It’s so nice to have someone knowledgeable. She very communicative and patient. Not only so I appreciate her, but so does my pup Hunter. He’s so attached to me and I struggle to get him to listen to others or follow others. But with her there is barely any struggle anymore. Once again so much love and appreciation for Jayda. From Hunter and I both.”

“Hollywood Feed is such a great place to get better quality food for your animal pals. An employee at one of the stores suggested dry and wet food for my cat who has a sensitive stomach. He's been doing great so far! I also changed my dog's food recently. The few Hollywood Feed stores I've been to so far all have been amazing and have very helpful and friendly employees!”

“Great selection of toys and supplies. Seem to stock EVERY brand of dog food sold in the US. A little pricey but their DOG WASH is a great deal. They supply shampoo, conditioner, sensitive skin shampoo and oatmeal shampoo. Waterproof aprons stocked right there along with plenty of towels. Blow dryers are very quiet and powerful. The wash stalls are elevated to save your back. Sizes for all sizes of dogs.”

“My dogs love this place (well I should say the treats that I bring home from here). Rarely do I not find what I'm looking for. My average shopping spree is about $250.00 ( for 2 - 4 legged moochers). PetSmart has great rawhide free alternative treats which I love giving my dogs. They are obsessed with the mini and large peanut butter Churro's. They definitely know that PetSmart bag rustle when I walk in the door.”

“I have had wonderful experiences here with having my dogs groomed. Hope is absolutely exceptional, and her kind demeanor and love of dogs are one in a million. She grooms them with care, and she takes her time to make sure they are happy and comfortable. My dogs have gone from feeling scared of the groomer, to excited and happy about a "doggie spa day" thanks to Hope.”
“The store is huge, there's definitely a good selection of almost anything and everything that you would like. From pet beds, to all sorts of different types of food. Plus if you have a cat such as myself and my husband, there's definitely a good selection of cat litter too. The staff are always nice and helpful, plus we like to bring our kittens to this location for their vet visits. We are proud Petco customers”
