“They have a great selection of quality food to appeal to all 6 of my cats- from my special needs boy who's allergic to everything to my pickiest eater. And I love that most products have a reward system that gives you a free bag/case of food after like 10 or so purchases. I'm always happily surprised when I'm told that I've earned a free case (or bag) of my bougie cat food and only have to pay the few bucks in taxes. Lol.
Their return policy is top notch, as well- if for any reason your pet doesn't like/ can't eat a food, they'll give a full refund even if it's opened. Super helpful when trying to find a food that my allergic guy can tolerate. Plus, the workers are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Literally my only "complaint" about this place is that they put up Christmas decorations at Halloween and it makes me cringe, lol! But obviously, the rest makes me able to cope with that small perturbation. ?
Oh, and they also offer same day delivery! Or next morning, if, like me, you ever find yourself on your last can of food at 10 pm because you forgot to stop on the way home. You'll wake up with your furkids' breakfast at your doorstep. ?”

“Doesn't have as much as the one I normally go to in Waxahachie but the employees are always kind and helpful and the manager that's normally there is always so sweet and has helpful in answering my questions. She helped me come up with some ideas for a couple issues I have with my cat's litter box situation. I can't remember her name now but I believe she is either the general manager or assistant manager because she's always there.”

Before you make an appointment ask what "fit-in" appointments are. It's my understanding they are staggering appointments so the groomers are bathing multiple dogs in the same time-slot. Also be aware of their cancelation period. Woof Gang had my business for a decade, not just with baths but also popping in for treats every now and then. Because I wasn't comfortable with the "fit-in" appointment and I didn't cancle within the cancelation period I now "owe" half of the bath fees for my dogs when the groomer is already being paid for the dogs without a "fit-in" appointment. Not only would I pay twice as much to know my dog isn't sitting wet in a cage as another dog is being washed and dried, but here the groomers get paid twice as much to do exactly that to your dog.”

“Love the new building. It feels nice walking in, but I wish there was more cat stuff. Dogs get over half of the building. Cats get like 3 short aisles in the corner with dog food encroaching it.
They have a nice variety of higher end cat foods which I love, but on the other hand they’re lacking affordable brands. I feed my indoor cats high quality when I can afford it, but I also have to feed my TNR ferals. I go through a lot of cat food. I need 16lb or bigger bags. Unfortunately they only carry the more expensive stuff in 16lbs. The cheapest big bag I found was $32 on sale. You can get more for less at many other places. I always end up frustrated when I go to Petco for big bags of food. I don’t know why I keep doing it to myself. I end up just buying my indoor cat food there and having to make another stop somewhere else for my feral food.
That’s my only beef with Petco. Needs more cat love.”
“The store is huge, there's definitely a good selection of almost anything and everything that you would like. From pet beds, to all sorts of different types of food. Plus if you have a cat such as myself and my husband, there's definitely a good selection of cat litter too. The staff are always nice and helpful, plus we like to bring our kittens to this location for their vet visits. We are proud Petco customers”
“I have had wonderful experiences here with having my dogs groomed. Hope is absolutely exceptional, and her kind demeanor and love of dogs are one in a million. She grooms them with care, and she takes her time to make sure they are happy and comfortable. My dogs have gone from feeling scared of the groomer, to excited and happy about a "doggie spa day" thanks to Hope.”
“The staff here was great. We just moved to the area and needed to get our Shiba Inu bathed and brushed. The staff was very welcoming for my dog. We got her back and she smelled so good! Then when we went to check out and pay, the gentleman at the register was super friendly and got my taken care of. I will definitely be back.”
“‼️‼️I absolutely love our Pet Smart‼️‼️ They always provide Chick Fil-A Grade Level of Service. Everyone is nice, kind, professional, always kind, and willing to help. We got my 14 year old her 1st pet fish and now a bearded dragon from Pet Smart. My oldest got her birds and guinea pigs from Pet Smart. Although she no longer has the other pets, we have also brought Karma, the bully Here, and we love it. Jonathan and all the cricket personnel are just a joy to chat with. We always enjoy coming. “I called a few days ago to inquire about your chicks! I was greeted by an associate named Bradley, he was very polite and informative about the chicks. He assured me that you all had chicks in stock. I wanted Easter eggers but about the time I made it in they were all gone. I hate that I forgot the associates name ( Ms. Lisa ), but it was a lady in the middle of the store at the desk by the chicks that gave me so much info about the chicks that you all had at the time, she also made sure that I could actually have chickens within my city limits. She had to tend to something else and asked another associate to help me, unbeknownst to me it was Bradley. He was 10x's more helpful in person, he made sure we had all the equipment that we needed to become chick parents.
Oh yeah we got a few Jersey Giants and we'll be back to get some Easter eggers when you all get some in stock. Thanks Brad and Ms. Lisa, I had a great experience!

“I've been going here for a while now. Unfortunately, the person who took care of my fur baby didn't do a good job. I paid for a luxury service and got a regular service. The haircut was subpar. Uneven all over. The lady forgot my baby had a luxury service because I kept reminding her things included. I left and came back & she still didn't remember because I had to remind her again about the bandana. She then told the young lady who was bringing my dog to me that she forgot to add it to her notes. Am i to believe that my baby got the service I paid for? I am disappointed. I got home, and I after proper evaluation, I can see all the uneven cuts.
I really wish I didn't pay for the luxury service.
Update Dec 2024: I am glad that I gave it another try. I booked the same premium service as the one that was botched. They gave me credit to get the same service, so I didn't pay anything for today's service. Taylor was our groomer, and she did an amazing job. She is now our groomer of choice. I love how she takes care of my baby and soothes him when he is anxious. Her overall service is exceptional. Highly recommend her. She even remembered my baby.”
