“This was my first shopping experience at Pet Supplies Plus on Northwest Highway in Garland. There was not a lot of staff around. They do have a decent self-serve doggie/cat wash including the bath supplies and towels.”
“I placed an online pickup order and had another great experience with this Pet Supplies Plus location. My order was ready quickly, accurate, and easy to pick up. Even though I usually do pickup, I often come inside to grab my order, and the store is always clean, organized, and well-maintained.
The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I have questions or need recommendations. I recently brought home a new puppy, and the team has been great in helping me find food and supplies. Excellent customer service and a clean, pet-friendly store keep me coming back. “This pet shop has a good variety of fish supplies, which is why I visited. I was looking for aquarium filters and decorations. One filter I bought turned out to be slightly different from what I expected once I got home, but when I went back, they explained the difference and allowed me to exchange it without hassle. The store layout is a bit tight in some areas, so moving around can feel crowded when it’s busy. Still, the staff’s behavior made up for it because they were patient and informative throughout my visit.”
“We are so grateful for this neighborhood store. It's a smaller footprint, so easy to get in and out quickly. Despite the size, we have always found what we needed or a good substitute. They do have a limited selection of smalls/birds/reptiles supplies, but they have bulk live crickets for gecko & beardie parents. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, too.”

Bridget our airdale terrier is very hyper & Rain's excellent training ability & way with animals helped Bridget to calm down & 'focus' we did 12 weeks, basic & advanced classes my husband & I can't be more pleased with Bridget's improvement in following all basic & advanced commands, she's not perfect yet, but now she has the skills to build on, to become a good obedient dog, with practice!”
“Love taking my pups to this store. The staff is always so sweet to them. We get free samples, puppy play dates, toys, grooming, and tons of love and attention. Store is always clean which is a plus as well. They have helped socialize my puppies and get them excited for car rides. Now they know they car means petco and they are always excited to go. “This location has made me change my opinion about Petco. This is my 2nd time booking. The first time I booked in Plano my appointment moved without notification. I tried to book an appointment at the Casa Linda location but was called and told they were unsure why the system booked me, but they could take me on Friday. I then set an appointment in Mesquite and got in with no issues. They seen a photo and was very transparent about additional fees that were to be included in my request. Later received a call that my puppy was complete in the projected 3 hour time frame. Will definitely be using this location from this point on.”

“Took my 5 year old to see the animals before stopping at Michael's next door. He loves looking at each fish tank and reading the names of the fish inside, along with every bird, guinea pig, etc.
Today while there, we had the pleasure of meeting Arlee. He was working in the fish area and when he saw my son and his enthusiasm, he asked him if he wanted to feed the fish. Not only did he let him feed the fish, but he shared fun facts about each one with my son, much to his delight. Arlee went all the way down the aisle, telling him about the plecostomas, frogs, and tiny catfish. Absolutely and unexpectedly made our day! Thank you, Arlee!”
