“I would like to give a huge praise to Reginald. This was my first time getting a passport and he explained everything in detail, explained to me step by step of how the passport mailing works. He was fast and officiant. Reginald was very kind, caring, and overall passionate about his job. Not only did he help me but while he was making copies of my papers he did amazing as multi-tasking. Making sure people were not waiting. He was very considerate of peoples time. Overall, thank you Reginald for being so kind and helpful.”

“I had a package to be delivered using USPS Priority Express, and not only did the package arrive early, but the staff at the USPS Medrano post office were all beyond stars in my opinion. One of the managers there helped me stop my package from being sent back to the sender because they incorrectly shipped to a PO Box instead of Smart Locker as I had requested. Then they even allowed me to retrieve the package after hours. Maria there was extremely friendly and helpful by explaining to me where the delivery failed, and how to properly request the shipment next time. The manager even followed up with me after hours to make sure I was able to pick it up. All SUPER Friendly people, and I highly recommend working with them. They all deserve raises.”

I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time here, which, in modern life, feels like a minor miracle. The staff are always helpful, probably because they're acutely aware of their direct lineage to the most important document in American history. They're practically living relics, serving up stamps and smiles. So next time you're mailing something, remember: you're not just sending a letter, you're participating in a centuries-old, constitutionally-mandated tradition. And doing it efficiently, thanks to the U.S.P.S!”

“It's a post office. What sets it apart is the history behind it. Clearly the road in front of it was used as a practice bombing range for bombers in WWII and beyond. Come see the history. Come feel the history as your spine is slammed against the roof of your car when you drive over a bomb crater. Come test the shocks in your car, truck, off road vehicle, or tank. Regardless of what you drive, your shocks are going to be ruined.”

“Having witnessed the kinds of arguments that happen here, 90% of the time the issue is because the customer just cannot (or will not?) understand what the workers are trying to say. Listen with your ears and maybe you can move the line along so I can get on with my day. Had to knock off a star cause they're always closed though, so sad.”
“Clerk lady was so friendly and helpful. I have lived in 4 different states and often used usps but this experience was unlike any other I've ever had. She had black hair with purple accents, I watched her greet and explain the process to different customers and always very detailed and respectful. She clarified all of our questions about international postage and recommended the best product/service to fit our needs and pocket. Thank you lady! My only regret was not asking your name when you wished me a great weekend.”

“I ship often with USPS for my small business, so I really get to experience different offices and what they have to offer.. and this one is fine. I don't understand the negative reviews, they literally offer everything they are suppose to. It seems like the funding for this branch isn't as plentiful as others when comparing infrastructure.. but that's not their fault. The people at this location have been serving me since 2012 and it's nice seeing their friendly faces when I'm in town.”

“Hello to Rowlett residents. I don’t understand why this post office has less than five stars. This is actually the best post office that I’ve ever been to in my life since I’ve been living in Dallas. They are very respectful, punctual and are considerate of your needs. I’ve never had a problem with anyone there since I’ve lived in Rowlett.
The front desk is very fast paced they get the job done. Thanks Rowlett Post Office. Job well done.???”
