Joe was able to explain which models he felt were best based on a 3D scan of her feet. Joe took care of us through every step of the process and listened and addressed our needs. “I’ve been here 4 times and bought 5 pairs of shoes for my husband and I over the past several years. You’d be hard pressed to find more knowledgable or friendlier staff than here at Karizmah. They have a large selection for rhythm, smooth, and practice shoes. Many of the staff are dancers themselves, so they know what to look for and how a dance shoe should fit. I can’t recommend this place enough. They even have a great selection of dresses, ties, and menswear at affordable prices!”

“Really sweet blonde hair young man (Caucasian) helped us out as an African American family on Saturday May 24th around 12-2 p.m. He was awesome and very humble. He deserves to be promoted. He has the perfect character and personality for a management position. I say this, because I was a manager for years at 3 different stores back in my day. Also there was another Hispanic young guy who was also very sweet. Very pleased with the customer service and they went over and beyond for us. We bought 1 pair in store and ordered another pair online because they were out of sizes in store on one shoe we wanted
