Joe was able to explain which models he felt were best based on a 3D scan of her feet. Joe took care of us through every step of the process and listened and addressed our needs. We left with a pair of shoes and the knowledge that we needed. Joe is the best!”

“I’ve been here 4 times and bought 5 pairs of shoes for my husband and I over the past several years. You’d be hard pressed to find more knowledgable or friendlier staff than here at Karizmah. They have a large selection for rhythm, smooth, and practice shoes. Many of the staff are dancers themselves, so they know what to look for and how a dance shoe should fit. I can’t recommend this place enough. They even have a great selection of dresses, ties, and menswear at affordable prices!”

“I placed an online order and when I went to pick up I waited for over 10 minutes. I finally called the store to ask how much longer it was going to be. They said it would be right out. After another 5 mins an employee came out and got my order information and realized I had somehow ordered it for pick up at a store in Plano. So frustrating, especially after the long day I had. I asked her if there was any way to have it switched to the store in Rockwall and she walked me through how to cancel the pick up and change the pick up to where I was. Her name was Natalie and she ran in and completed the order immediately for me and ran it out so quickly! I was so appreciative for her help. True customer service!!”

She helped us with SO much for all 3 of my kids.
Unfortunately they are so picky, and sizing is hard sometimes… so we left without a purchase that day.
I felt so bad, and wanted to at least leave a review for the magnificent customer service we received, i didn’t even know that kind of “nice” still existed in stores these days.

“Just stopped In, looking for some oncloud shoes, I didn't make it 10 feet in the door without being asked if I needed help. I didn't catch the name of the employee that helped me, but it was the smoothest, quick, informative shoe buying process I've had. Very competitive with pricing. I would recommend and will return.”

“Richard did an amazing job assisting me and my mother. He was gentle, polite, and patient. My mom struggles with English as her primary language is Spanish, so I would translate. However, there were some things Richard was able to understand from my mother speaking to me.
The shoes are a bit pricey, but my mom loved them. There is no price too big for being comfortable and happy.”
“Really sweet blonde hair young man (Caucasian) helped us out as an African American family on Saturday May 24th around 12-2 p.m. He was awesome and very humble. He deserves to be promoted. He has the perfect character and personality for a management position. I say this, because I was a manager for years at 3 different stores back in my day. Also there was another Hispanic young guy who was also very sweet. Very pleased with the customer service and they went over and beyond for us. We bought 1 pair in store and ordered another pair online because they were out of sizes in store on one shoe we wanted
