“My husband and I shopped on the weekend before July 4th. Ken was terrific, not pushy at all and very informative of how the mattresses are made. He asked how we sleep and got enough information from us to point us to the right selections. We tried out different ones and bought a queen and a king. This is the first time in years we have slept better and woken up pain free. This trip was way overdue for us. The mattresses were to be delivered on Friday, July 3rd, but they found out the delivery people would be off so they delivered on Monday. The owner himself brought another employee out to help get them to us on Monday. You can't ask for much more than that. Great customer service and we are so happy with our purchase! Very reasonable. Go see them. You won't be disappointed.”

“I don't usually write reviews, but Tim went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect pillow. He patiently guided me through trying different types and sizes, which was essential since I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and recommendations, I finally found the right one. I've always used Tempur-Pedic pillows, and whenever I tried to switch to cheaper alternatives, they only made things worse, causing more neck pain and sleepless nights. I visited the Tempur-Pedic store at the Tehama Ridge Shopping Center off of 35W and North Tarrant Pkwy, where they're currently offering a Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale until Monday, 10/14! That was the cherry on top, and I couldn't be happier. I'm so excited to sleep pain-free again and enjoy sweet dreams. Thank you, Tim – I can't express my gratitude enough. “I live in New York and after receiving a Murphy Bed from another company and returning it because it was made of Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) I decided I would search for a quality bed and pay the extra cost. After dealing with a number of "custom" manufacturers and reading terrible reviews I gave up. Then I came across Wallbeds n More. It was more than half way across the US, but I called anyway. It was a Sunday, so we left a message. Darren called us back that evening and could not have been more helpful. After hearing what I was looking for in a "custom" bed, that had a farm barn look, and was made of real plywood, he explained that I didn't have to pay for a custom bed. He sent me photos of the exact bed I wanted and the price was great. Normally I would be hesitant to order something site unseen, and the color Darren recommended did not look like the color I described I wanted when I saw it online, but he made me so comfortable that I trusted his judgment and ordered the color he recommended. The bed arrived and the quality was every bit as good as he explained, all 3/4" high grade plywood and the color was PERFECT. He gave updates each step of the way until it was delivered and always replied to my emails. Assembly was easy and I couldn't be happier with the bed and service, all from over 1500 miles away!”

I especially want to recognize Brad Porter for going above and beyond. He took the time to listen to my needs, understand my space, and even sketched a layout based on a photo I showed him to help me visualize how a living room set and breakfast table would fit in my home. That level of care and attention made a huge difference.
At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely supported throughout the process. Brad focused on finding the best solution for my needs rather than simply making a sale.
One of the things I appreciated most about shopping at Rooms To Go was being able to see and experience the furniture in person before making a decision. It gave me confidence in my purchase. I also love that the furniture is delivered and assembled, making the entire process much easier and stress-free.
