JD Sports is a popular retail store offering a wide selection of sneakers and sportswear. Customers appreciate the variety of models available, especially at this location, which often has more options compared to other nearby stores. Staff members like Isaiah and Noah are praised for their helpfulness and care, providing good customer service even during busy holiday shopping times. Payment processes are smooth, and shopping experiences are generally positive, with many customers planning to return.
However, some visitors have had mixed experiences. While some found the staff on the register side to be helpful and pleasant, others faced challenges with certain employees on the women’s side. One customer described an unpleasant interaction with a staff member who was unhelpful and rude when asked about shoe sizes, which affected their overall impression.
Shoppers also note that the store can get crowded, leading to longer wait times for checkout, but this is expected during busy seasons. The store offers good deals on sneakers, making it a tempting choice over competitors like Foot Locker. Some wish there were mirrors for clothes, as they only find mirrors for shoes.
Overall, JD Sports is recognized for its good product selection, helpful staff, and reasonable prices, though customer experiences can vary depending on the staff and the shopping time.
Whenever I go to this location I always ask for Alyssa. She has great customer service. She is the prime example of what JDs represents. She is the best worker that has helped me.

I bought a pair of Sabrina's and the employee who I wish I knew the name of was very respectful and patient. The shoes were in good condition like anyone would expect. The shoes were on sale and were only 60 bucks. The only downside of the purchase was I originally wanted to get the kd6 pb&j but they didn't have my size.
