“I drove about 35 mins to do a passport service. Thank God for this location it was a 10min process, photo service and don’t need to bring a check they’ll make a money order for you $3. I think the bad experiences come from people arriving for a service that you need to be prepared, read and bring everything you need and the process will be smooth. I read online, did the application online brought copies of what was asked and the lady was nice and helpful. I wish every usps was like this one thank you for the ladies servicing 7/23/25 early morning.”

“Um so I couldn't figure out how to edit my review.
If you see my sad 1 star review about the post office being closed with pictures please disregard it.
Everyone I'm am embarrassed for me as well.
Yall I went to the post office on a holiday! Im the fool here.
Post office did nothing wrong. They should review me with a one star.
Deer Park TX USPS, I am so sorry for my horrible one star review and I am at fault for showing up on Juneteenth. SMH at myself. Like do better me, very sad and embarrassing for myself and a representative of my home where Juneteenth originates from.
Like postal service staff I am very sorry. Yall are awesome.
I love the mail. It's like a suprise all the time.
I get that same feeling going to check the mail as a kid Easter egg hunting.
It's so much fun yall bring us. I love birthdays and holiday mail. Love coupons! Love the suprise check from who knows where that pops up every now and then! Love ❤️”

“I have been going to this post office for a couple of years and there is a new management team. The new Postmaster and supervisor really seem to care. I had a package go to the wrong address the Postmaster personally went and retrieve it and brought it to my door. That is customer service I would definitely recommend getting your services at this location”

“You will go through security and you will pass the cafeteria to get to the post office. The attendant helped me a lot to have my items fit into an envelope vs. a box which saved me some money. It was quick and easy.”

“If you’re coming to RENEW your passport you don’t have to wait in line near the mailboxes vestibule. Go into the little USPS store itself and just tell them you want to RENEW. Have all paperwork printed and already filled out, with the passport photos. Then just pay and leave. I was in there less than ten minutes. I saved myself probably 1.5-2 hours time if you are coming here to do a passport RENEWAL now you KNOW.”

“You might think you're in the wrong place, but the Post Office is there at the back, to your right. And every single person there was just very, very, nice, helpful, courteous and professional.”

“They are really good at correcting the mistakes of another location.( Jensen and collingsworth ) They actually have employees that work at the Almeda location and sincerely try to help you . They talk to you civilized and patiently even in times of chaos & stress. They helped me complete my change of address form & explained the change of address form will not go through unless you verify with an ID. So my mail has been not coming to my new address. The last lady at the other location on JENSEN has terrible communication verbally and non verbally. This lady we dealt with today named Natasha Woods is very highly skilled with great communication skills , top tier worker, eager to get the job done & happy to help you. Its a reflection of night and day . Clearly the demographics of the area are completely different but the workers should all remain as professional as this young lady. We need more people who are cheerful to help the customer. I spoke with Mr. CROSBY and he calmed me down from spazzing out today. The post office changes their policy like people change their underwear often & randomly. With that being said no one told the public that the policy now is to bring yourself and them clean drawls down with a valid ID and yes tribal ID is accepted as it should be. They did have to extra verify only because its tribal identification & weren't familiar with it. But the part that should be changed is that weak recording while your on hold saying all you need to do is come in and fill out the change of address form when in reality there is more steps to it than merely that. I felt a little played waiting on mail and it wasn't coming. I admit I didnt open that letter they sent to me because for the last 45 years they never made you go down with your ID. So this should be more openly discussed with customers and more signage to tell people they need an ID to move their mailing address. This could effect lots of people who are already suffering tragedies. Unknowingly it could cost single mothers child support payments , elderly citizens SSI checks , unemployment information, time sensitive documents such as court papers , utility bills & even soon to be expired coupons. I think that part is completely a train wreck but the fact these 2 workers know how to handle it is amazing. They have the hardest job ever to deal with the questions about the quietly changing policies. Some of us are loud and impatient but they have have the best location right here to calm all that down. I appreciate it so much & pray they hire more people just like this. I never thought id find a post office I actually like going into but this one is clean and the lines are not long . I left so much happier than when I came into the location. And yes im going to update my review about the last location because its about time they make a serious change over there.”

“I do wish this location had a drop box at the front. I am usually dropping off packages and I can quickly do that by walking in and setting on the counter. The cashiers are friendly when I ask questions and the people at the package pickup door are always nice and have a good sense of humor.”

“I had a great experience working with Jordan — she was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. Even when I was in a rush and had questions about my package, she went out of her way to make sure I got the help I needed and even made the refund process smooth and stress-free. You don’t come across service like that every day — she really went above and beyond. Thank you, Jordan!”

“I just wanted to give a huge shout out to a delivery carrier named Jay, I will not mention names, but today someone that is special needs wandered away from home. They ended up at my aunt's, They let her stay while they called the police in hopes they could reunite her with family. The police also got the same responses where she did not know where she lived....then Jay came along to deliver mail....my aunt asked if he recognized her,...he of course knew who she was but also where she lived, so the police went and notified the family and got her reunited....Jay, I hope you see this....it was awesome to know that someone pays attention and was able to help in a great way to get her reunited....you rock Jay!!!!!!”

“Shawn’s energy at this USPS location was awesome and welcoming — the kind of service that makes you want to come here instead of any other post office. While I was getting my mail handled, my NOVA vehicles were out earning me passive income. Great service and steady earnings all in the same trip. Follow my journey on IG: @drivewithnova ???”

“It was a busy day on saturday and there was only one person working the desk. She kept a positive attitude the whole time. I went up and it was my first time shipping out and she helped me a lot and was very sweet and has amazing customer service. I asked her for her name it is Karmeshia, my apologies if i spelled it wrong but she was amazing!!!”

“Passport appointment. They are short staffed so there was a little wait. But y'all are misjudging Ms. Teresa. She is busy and taking care of business. She was fast and efficient and took good care of us. If you're expecting red carpet concierge service, maybe your expectations need a reality check.”

“Hi, I need help with a package that was meant to be delivered today but was not due to my home being "vacant", could I pick it up since my domicile is not considered suitable? Please id like some help before the package gets returned all the way back to Hawaii”

“I'm looking at the reviews here and they indicate it's always closed. I have honestly come here 3 times in the past year and have thankfully not run into this issue. But I also notice there is just one person always running the register. The post office staff have always been nice and helpful. Especially Ms. Walker. She has always been friendly and kind.

This is one of the few USPS locations that have always shipped out my package without losing them. I'm thankful for that.”
