“OUTSTANDING customer service. I called Graves Winelectric early on a Monday morning looking for a difficult to find fuse for the lighting system at one of my manufacturing plants. The parts advisor that answered the phone was very helpful and explained that he didn't have the fuse, but then offered to call around and find it for me. A few minutes later he called me back to tell me where I could get the fuse locally.
Unbelievable in this day and age. I was floored.

“I'm currently under construction on my dream home. After dealing with the competition's poor customer service and quality, Shane at PIP was recommended to me. Talk about great to work with. Returns phone calls promptly, answers texts, and checks up on things often. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. Offers lots of suggestions and doesn't try to hurry you through a decision, even makes recommendations to help keep you on budget. All about the customer being happy. Most importantly, pricing is very competitive. My carpenter has even commented on the good quality of the various wood products I've had delivered. Will definitely be doing business again.”

“I came into the store on Wednesday July 16,2025. I needed some plexiglass and Isaiah was a great help and directed me to go to the desk up front, once I got there Blane helped me. His respect for my needs was rare and I appreciate how he took the time to walk to the area and help me in my search. I didn't get to meet the store Manager, but I can tell by the everyone helps he is a great leader. Blane appreciates and respects him alot. I'm not a person who is easy to satisfy, but I saw Black excellence in the works. Thank Blane and the management team at Lowe's. I'm a home builder and I sent over $100,000 last year at Homedepot, but I will spend that money at the I-45 Lowe's going forward. Thanks again”

“I drop by to if they had any riding lawnmower on sale. They did not have in stock the one I wanted. But the two ladies at the store show me the one I wanted on line. Long story short my first impression was good. Very friendly to me.”
