  Took 45 mins to pick up the truck I had reserved, zero sense of urgency from any of the employees, then was charged for not returning it with a full tank (but I filled it to the level it was at). I got a refund but every second I spent fixing their mistakes was annoying.

  Rather than call ahead, we went to Home Depot to pick up supplies for a build, figuring we'd just rent THEIR truck, like we have in the past. Unfortunately, all their trucks were out of service for the foreseeable future.

  You have to reserve 3 hours in advance. Uhaul is immediate
