“This Dillards often has a lot of great options for women and girls. However, I was not aware that the men’s section is in a whole different section of the mall, by itself. As many times as I’ve been to Colony Mall, I never knew this… I feel they need better signage to advertise this”

“Don does this job with excellence. I came in looking for wool slacks. They looked so great I added a matching jacket. Don measured me, and marked them for tailoring in house. I’m picking them up in less than 3 weeks tailor fit to me at an alteration total of $85. It’s nice to have a local full service shop for tailored clothing. Thank you Don. May God bless you brother.”

“Tanner was absolutely amazing! I brought my grandmother and great aunt in for a shopping spree and the moment we walked in he was helpful, courteous, polite, and had a good eye for style.

“Mostly good customer service. The number of nice helpful store reps outnumber the initial grumpy one I came across. Just went there to return something from an online order, so while waiting for a nicer clerk to come to the register I looked around the store a bit. Things looked well organized and there were some nice pieces, but the online offerings seem a little nicer than what I saw in the store. This is definitely a place to go if you're into brand-name items and labels, but since I'm not and looking more for timeless styles and good bargains, this isn't quite the place for me to shop. The prices are discounted quite a bit, but still too pricey for my pocketbook and what they had didn't really look all that impressive to me. I did pick up one item that was super nice and a good deal for a quality, well-made item. When I went to pay and then on the way out I encountered a couple very friendly, helpful workers that made up for the initial grumpy, rude woman that was first at the register.”
