“Amazing experience. I was looking for a new turntable and reached out to Whetstone. Set up an appointment, went and listened to a series of turntables and picked out the one I wanted. No hard sell, just straight up information about which cartridge I should get, the differences between the cartridges, and the differences between the tables. He ordered it, set it up and I picked it up the next week. Brian even remembered a comment I made about how much I like Santana and he threw in a used Santana/Coltrane LP, which turned out to be amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Had accidental liquid damage in my bag wherein water got into two ports, and ruined 20% of the screen entirely. I brought it into Compuzone and they charged a basic "cleaning fee" for $99. Seemed entirely fair. They called 2-3 hours later, had assessed and diagnosed, then orderd replacement screen from Apple. 36 hours later my computer was cleaned, screen replaced and working like new. I did not have Apple Care which I regret. But their service was fast, friendly and incredibly conveniently located downtown. Clear communication, and fair price as well as official Apple replacement part - not third party. Would highly recommend and will come back with any Apple device issues.”

I thought five below carried old school candies and even Japanese candy and sodas. I didn't find much of that. As far as customer service goes. I was greeted very nicely when I walk through the door. But that was all the interaction I had. This is a self checkout store.”

We are visiting from out of state and honestly have not encountered one kind person yet during our visit until our shopping experience today at this target. It was around 11 AM a young gentleman in a super awesome hat with long hair, truly just the kindest and hardest worker. Hopefully this makes it back to him- but so grateful for him starting our day off on such a high note; made great conversation, genuinely interested in speaking to us, and made sure to monitor the length of his line and call when he needed assistance (and then he sincerely thanked his coworker who can over to help). “23 year customer here. All of my phones except the first (at Pinky's Pagers on Congress like around 2002, Motorola StarTac... still have it for the nostalgia!) was bought at BestBuy, first time buying at a Verizon store. I went in about 6:30 p.m. on 06/04/25 and was greeted by Sam (If I remember right). I told him I wanted to upgrade my Note 9 to the new S25 Ultra... Long story short we went though the options even though I knew what I wanted. He was very informative and easy to talk to. The process didn't take very long, probably less than 25 minutes from walking in to paying. This time estimate didn't include the transfer of everything to the new phone which I took home to do myself. Thanks Sam, you made that easier than I thought.”
