“We have had a very bad snow storm. I had to work at the local emergency department (I’m an RN) and live of 30 minutes out and Maggie made our stay above and beyond! So polite and helpful and her attitude shows how dedicated she is to serving her customers. I truly can’t say enough nice things about Maggie and this hotel but she. Is truly the best. As a first responder it truly means the world being shown appreciation and she did just that. So I want to show her appreciation by letting you know if you stay here for any other reason than how nice the property is it would be the customer service! Seriously she is the best. Thank you so much. We will stay here from now on.”

“Great location, quiet hotel. Only stayed one night so not a lot of info. They gave us the room requested and I finally had peaceful sleep after nights of not. No free breakfast but has a restaurant inside (that did forget part of our order) and a kitchenette no full kitchen.”

“For the price, hands down the best motel in Texarkana. Clean, clean, clean beds, shower and rooms. Nice front desk, no problems, even lost a key and replaced immediately. Cleaning crew is even nicer. Perfect location for walking to Walmart, CVS, and several fast food chains. Not listing them all but 8 maybe more. Smoke shop for us smokers also in walking distance. I travel lot for work and this is my favorite.”
“Beautiful rooms that are spacious and comfortable. Has large walk in showers and rooms are individually controlled by an outside unit...no unit inside which makes the rooms better controlled and a bit larger”

“Decent location, wish there was a more direct route from the freeway to the hotel.
Property was clean and inviting. Parking was a little tricky due to nearby construction & some vehicles parallel parking across multiple spaces. Room was big and perfect for our family. I loved that the restroom had a dimming night light so you didn't get blinded going in in the middle of the night.
Breakfast had a good variety and the area was clean.
I was not recognized as a rewards member, nor given any bottled water/snacks like I usually receive at other Hilton owned properties so that was a little disappointing.
I've stayed at multiple hotels in this area, and this one is by far the best value.”

“The receptionist was first rate and took care of us straight away. We checked in immediately and ordered the famous turkey avocado blt sandwich with award winning frys, that the courtyard is famous for. And it was delicious with the perfect hostess offering all kinds of fixings along with meal. Will tell everyone how friendly everyone was. Thanks for a great experience.”
“Cute and quiet when I stayed here.The air conditioner is high and in the closet, took a while to cool the room. The fridge was off, so I can not review that.There was only one 120v outlet in the room.There are two 240v outlets!No outlet was grounded, so electric car charging is not available.There is a public fast charger just two blocks away at city hall, by the monument”

“Mid January 2026... Aloha???I frequent this hotel and this location. It is a great hotel and has a very nice staff. I love the location, has great food choices whether your down for exploring or just cross the hotels parking lot include. There's a Red Lobster jus steps from the hotel parking lot or a Mediterranean restraunt. The rooms here are like your own private suite(s). So far each room I've stayed in has provided a great layout. An equipped kitchen with sink, a full fridge/ freezer combo, a 2 burner flat-top stove and even a working dishwasher. Also present is a 1 cup coffee/ tea maker, and a 2-slice bread countertop toaster. The only complaint I have is the bathroom vent operations is connected to the light and is extremely loud and very obnoxious. Other than that no more complaints love the comfortable bedding, the size of the pillows, the size and location of the wall mounted flat-screen t.v. Again overall great layout, clean and well thought out, organized, equipped spacious room, bathroom w/ sliding plexiglass door. Water pressure is decent could use a little more in the shower and toilet when flushing. And the shower definitely needs a floor mat as it can be very slippery when taking a shower. The temperature adjustments for both the water functions and the air-conditioning unit are pretty accurate and easy to use. Literally from the couch w/ individual ottoman, to the side table, night stands and desk area w/ multiple electric outlets to charge your electronic devices. If you get a chance to eat the breakfast it's always nice to see what they serve. I particularly like the lil' b.y.o. yogurt bowl area. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great overall experience from all of the points that I have included in this review. The bug problem has been addressed years ago, bugs are nature, if a door is left open and is contaminated, then it will be addressed. “Ms Joe was amazing. My friend and I were really stressed out during check in. I only had Apple Pay available and had to wait for a family member to come and use their card. Ms Joe was very kind and patient with us. She let us borrow her umbrella when a surprise thunderstorm hit. I don’t visit Texarkana often but will be coming back to this hotel as long as ms Joe is there. Thank you so much for your kindness.”
