“I have been going to this location for years. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Good overall atmosphere.
I drive quite a bit further to get to this location, than I would if I were to go to the Autozone that is just down the street. But the overall difference in the two stores is so huge, that I drive right past that Autozone and go to this store.
And the quality of thevmerchandise is far superior at Orielly's, as compared to the other.
I fully recommend this store. And I was in the automotive service business for over 30 years, so I absolutely know what I'm talking about.”
“Fausto B. was our exceptional customer service representative today.
We visited Battery Plus to inquire about the necessity of a key programmer. I informed him that our vehicle was operating solely on the battery (keyless) due to an accidental disassembly of the fob, resulting in the loss of the programmer.
Fausto informed us that it was not feasible to drive the car without the key programmer, necessitating its presence within the vehicle. He diligently searched the interior of the car and successfully located the programmer, thereby avoiding a significant expense for us.
We highly recommend Battery Plus for their exceptional knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness.”

“I called and spoke with John about my key fob not working and got it replaced. Come to find out, my car battery had died from not turning off my brights on accident. John not only made sure I was ok, but came to my car to charge it and get it back up and running. He is very informative and has care for people! “I was able to schedule an iPhone battery replacement online. When I arrived at the store, I was promptly waited on and told an estimate of completion (of less than 1 hour).
I ran an errand and was called less than 1 hour later that it was completed. In addition, they cleaned out the charging port of lint that had collected that could restrict proper charging. They even called when they discovered that to ensure I really needed a battery. I said yes since the battery life was 76% and the phone would not hold a charge very long.”
“The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is due to manager Chuy's amazing service and his help with my battery.
Some context: I bought a battery from o'reillys in January. It stopped holding a charge just now (August), so I had to use my roadside service for a jumpstart. They tested my battery and told me it needed replacing. I went to o'reillys right away. The employee tested it and told me it was definitely not the battery, even though I told him about the other test. He said they probably used a different system for testing (???) So he refused to replace the battery and told me it was probably the starter. Ok. So I scheduled a mechanic for the next morning. Had to use my last roadside call only to be told me AGAIN that it was the battery. At this point, I was really worried that the same guy would be there and refuse to honor the warranty and replace my battery. Imagine my relief when Chuy replaced my battery without issue, with friendly service and a can do attitude. Brightened up my whole mood. I wish Chuy had been there yesterday, because then I would not have had to call out of work today and use my last roadside service call. He is awesome. 5 stars for Chuy, 0 stars for that clueless other guy who cost me extra time and money.”

Highly recommend for anyone who values reliability and in-store support.”
“Genuine and reliable staff at this store. The items are in stock and price wise is reasonable. They provide free diagnostics also for vehicle which is walk-in. The store is conveniently located and ample parking outside. The parts of any auto can be available here and also can be ordered online. I’d love to shop at this location again.”

“I previously had a problem with my battery and Eric the manager of the store helped me. I decided to try to get another year out of my old battery, but it failed to start my car again. I went back to the store and Keving the assistant manager helped me, I decided to go ahead and buy a new battery and Kevin volunteered to put it in for me since I told him I couldn't deal with all the extra stuff required to get the old one out. He was extremely helpful and took the time to remove the old one and install the new one for me. The personnel in this store are always so helpful whenever I need assistance. I highly reccoment this store.”
