I gave this location 5 Stars because of the professionalism of the staff. Upon entering, the receptionist was smiling as she stood to greet me. She invited me to have a seat and immediately referred me to Jayla.
Jayla was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I was pleased with the attention she provided to make sure I was satisfied.

“I was a Bank of America child born and raised. As I got older, I had the occasional slump... Missed a payment. .over draft. I could count all those times with one hand over my 10+ years with BoA. Each time, I had to BEG BoA to have them waive a fee. The amount of work I had to go through was ludicrousYajahira here single handily reminded me that dealing with a bank doesn't have to feel like pulling teeth out. She single handily will keep me with TDECU. I can not stress how helpful and wonderful she's been with all my questions and queries .10/10 employee”

“Visited the branch today to get a car loan and saw Paul. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but still Paul's customer service and professionalism was great. He was courteous, patient, friendly, and very helpful. I don't know why there's a lot of negative reviews for this NFCU branch, but I love my bank. I've been with NavyFed for about 14 years now (since my time in the Marine Corps). My husband is AD in the Marine Corps and also has NFCU (15 yrs). We have mortgage and car loans financed through NFCU. We've never had any issues with NFCU. Every branch that we've visited at every different state or spoke to personnel through the phone have been very kind, helpful, and courteous. That's why we love NFCU because of how they've treated us throughout these 14+ years. We are happy customers and are thankful to have NAVYFED!”
