“I initially set up an appointment to have a SIM card replaced at another store but decided to come to this location due to the production of my home. This was a neat and clean store and a lot of Team Members to assist.... If you have an appointment. There are a lot of nice things about having an appointment style system to help customers but for minor issues like SIM card swaps, it seems a tad much.Aside from that, the manager of the store did take the time to help me and recognized my situation was an easy fix and took care of me right away.”

“This warmly welcoming store has left the BEST impression on me, my family and my friends. My family and I have been clients for over 15 years. Every time we need a new phone, phone case, chargers etc., we always find the best deals and prices, not to mention their network has the best 5G LTE network, when you switch you get a FREE PHONE, and you get 4 lines for $100 with UNLIMITED DATA!! Perfect for the whole family. In addition, they have the best prices and amazing deals that don’t compare to other competitors. Moreover, having the most amazing friendly faces such as, heraldo and Osiel who are no longer there, but always helped me to get the best deals. Noemi however has been the most wonderful and helpful person I’ve ever met, she helped me log back into my iCloud without a hesitation, and always informs me of deals they were having that I couldn’t help but bought a phone for my dad. I really appreciate boost hiring people who know about phones and have patience with their clients. Not to mention they also have the most understanding, hospitable managers/ owners such as David and Jessica. I would definitely come back here for the years to come. “I lost my phone so i went to the Tmobile store to find out what i had to do. Ashley M met me as soon as i walked in and worked quite efficiently for almost an hour until all my questions were answered and problems solved. Ashley went above and beyond my expectations and i feel sure she far exceded carrying out the minimum requirements if her job. Ashley was friendly, knowledgable, patient, and thorough. There was a bit of a wait time..I was originally a cricket owner, my phone would be frequently on and off on SOS only and no service. I was tired of it so I switched to Verizon. I got an upgrade from iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 pro max (deep purple) the guy I had was super helpful and quick with the setup and process. He printed out a paper and explained detail by detail of the breakdown of the price and deals.”
