“I had such a great in-store experience. Lyra and Austin literally saved my job this morning. Every year at the exact same time my Spectrum Internet goes down for weeks on end. I’m in sales and work from home so I needed a quick resolution (one that Spectrum couldn’t provide). I went into the store for their WiFi home internet. They set everything up for me in the store and it was so incredibly easy once I got home. My smart home was back up and running within 15 minutes of arriving home. All I did was plug it in. So easy. So cheap. No contracts. I was worried about connectivity, but no issues so far. Old tv, new tv, ring, baby monitor, laptops, everything works. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the product.”

“Armando and Taylor are literally god send angels. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been getting shifted from stores to stores with no help and these are the first people who even acknowledged what’s going on with my plan. They literally went out to their own ways to help me and my mom out with our lines. They sat us down, listened to the entire situation and worked up a solution that no one has been able to come up with for the last 2 weeks.
Armando is the best person here to reach out to, he’s helpful and kind. Makes sure to understand the situation and will go above and beyond. Honestly if I ever need help again, def going to come back to him. He’s the person to reach out and deserves all the credit and appreciation! “So far, our internet has never dropped and is MEGA fast. Also, I had some contractors run over our line and sever it, but Onesource was so quick to respond and follow up with me to get us a new line. Weve only had to wait about 2 days which in my opinion is not bad at all, especially for a problem like this where they have to run a whole new line. They even offered a credit for loss of service and it wasnt even their fault!! With internet companies like comcast out there, Onesource really stands out.

“Great staff! I went there recently and was greeted by Will. I explained to him that I installed an app the night before and the next morning I decided to remove it. but I couldn't remove it. Will explained to me that this app was trying to take over my phone. Fortunately, he knew what to do. He removed the app and corrected any damage it might have caused.
