“Fantastic customer service. They went the extra mile for an small embroidery job for me this week. I came in for 2 scrub tops and and an extra "Beat Navy" embroidery that I was going to cut out of a 3rd extra top I was not using for a project. Not only did they quickly embroider the tops, they did a test run in front of me to make sure the size and font was perfect. Then they did the extra embroidery no charge and EVEN PROVIDED EXTRA FABRIC so I didn't have to cut it out of my extra unused top.
Very impressed. I have used their company several times and will continue to use it for reasons like this. Great job!”
“I had caught wind they carry large hard to fit sizes. So I made the trek from McKinney to Fort Worth. On arrival I was greeted by Jeff and another gentleman. Within 5 minutes Jeff had me in 4 different pairs of boots that properly fit. At almost 50 years old I have never been able to properly fit in a boot due to my funky feet. I spent the next 45 minutes walking around trying to make a hard decision on which ones to take home. The decision was made on getting the black caiman alligator in the size of 15 1/2 B ! I highly recommend this store for the service, quality, and the unique offerings they have on the shelf.”

“Came in to get ideas on snow skis after shopping around online. Josh was very helpful and took the time to understand our ski level and style to make sure we were looking at the right products. It just so happend to be the same thing I was looking at online.Josh was very patient to explain boot fitting and how it should feel. I felt this was the right place for me with his level of knowledge and not just some kid working a seasonal job with minimal knowledge. We ended up pricing matching some deals we saw online and he had me at lifetime wax to "seal" the deal! lol Great job yall.”
“My husband wanted some Lebrons, so we went to check out the store. I found some shoes I really liked but they didn’t have my size in the forth worth store. Johnny told me they had them in the Dallas store and he could pick them up and bring them the next day. He made it happen and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! The store is clean and organized. The staff were both helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back and recommend anyone to check out the store.”

Be sure to sign up for emails because they have the greatest sales and you'll be the first to know and get there early. Always check the back room for great bargains. This is a one if a kind store. “If you have a pair of Birks whose demise seems imminent, fear not! This is the place to go to have them restored--it is far cheaper than buying a new pair, though they have those, too. Plus, the leather--err, Naugahyde? Oh, I meant Birko-flor, sorry, shoulda added a trigger warning up top... well, at least the material of your shoe will be already broken in. The cobbler is a miracle worker. Though I doubt that is what it says on their business card, but who knows. The Birkenstock USA website may have items that they keep "exclusive," but it's a shame, since I believe they would fly off the shelves here (after all, it does cater to a market of people who like comfortable--if at times quirky shoes--). My third pair of Arizonas--which I bought at this store--well, it's been a minute-- is about to go in for a second retread. I am not making this up, and I'm offering an unpaid opinion (not even affiliate-linked!! ): The staff is WONDERFUL, and they back it with top-notch service.”
“Great customer service. I was greeted by three different staff when I walked in. Patrick Eisner was the gentleman who was assisting me with a boot purchase. I had asked for a few different selections and unfortunately none were available in my size. However, he did bring me some that were very close to what I was interested in and made sure the fit was good. He was very professional and he made the sale and I ended up with a great pair of crocodile boots. Hats off to Patrick!! Thank you!!”

“I love online ordering for pickup! They do have curbside available, but I really don't mind the extra steps of walking inside and waiting at the counter for my order. My main concern was not wanting to drive to Alliance only for it to not be in stock, pickup secured my doubts! I saw they have shipping as well which would've been my next choice, thankfully I didn't have to wait for it. I ordered a baby swaddle blanket to help my baby sleep better at night. She's rolling over and getting uncomfortable which wakes herself up again. This swaddle seems to help alleviate that for her! I ordered the fleece material which seems like it would be too hot, but I put her nighties on underneath and she doesn't overheat at all. Anyway, the process of picking up my online order was easy! They don't open until 10am which is a bit late, but I just run all my other errands first then come by here last thing. No complaints.”

“A sunlit, comfy, and small boutique. There are a good number of changing rooms that are nice and clean. I spotted some nice eye catching pieces that were very y2k, lots of feminine stuff, rustic, boho, and cowgirl-ish type stuff well as some modern stuff too. The hostess was very helpful and nice.”

“Sometimes you find good stuff, sometimes you find NOTHING. This time it was NOTHING. Last time we found gold. 50/50. They are out of a lot of the popular kid sizes (c'mon, Back to School is around the corner...I hope they have their stuff together for Tax-Free Weekend). Went to Foot Locker in Presidio and found everything we need (and then some) at extremely competitive prices.”
