Whether we (as pet parents) need a leave for vacation or just to pop in and give our three cats plenty of company while we work, they do a great job making sure our cats are OK. Highly recommend!

They have a separate area for cats and dogs, which I've never seen before and everyone there was so nice and friendly ^^! I felt super comfortable at asking questions as a first-time cat owner and my cat seemed at ease to just roam around in the exam room.

I normally go to the NVC in la marque. My small dog got attacked by a large dog and I rushed him to my local office. There wasn’t a DR on site so they called other locations and NVC - NASA said they could get him in immediately. I rushed him over and they got right to work with urgency while keeping me calm. One of the Nurses even brought me a bottle of water bc he noticed I was overwhelmed. It is truly the small things that add up. Their bedside manner and all around care is EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone was patient, kind and reassuring. I am so thankful to Dr Alvarado and team!!!!

1549 W Bay Area Blvd, WebsterWe have been taking both our dogs for a few years now and the doctors here are all wonderful and they have a tech named Alice who rocks! She remembers our older dog and all her past issues and we just love the care that she has for her job. There’s been a lot of new staff and we have had some mistakes and confusion with other dogs at the front desk, that was rough.. but I really want to highlight Alice and her customer care and work ethic as it is stellar!

Though my daughter spent most of the time sleeping because she had gotten crowns, she enjoyed her pancake and fruit, and I liked trying the Bravocado toast, and absolutely loved the butterfly lemonade. Our waitress Lex was very friendly and patient as I stayed in the booth for quite a while after finishing the meal so that my daughter could rest and was always asking How she could help or if we needed something.

Pet Adoption Center by Lifeline of Galveston County
100 E NASA Pkwy Ste 55, WebsterThis place is an amazing organization with amazing people who run it. They take it in all kinds of fur babies and rescue them from the shelters. They also have a great program where they donate free dog and cat supplies to the community when supplies are available. They even have a cat cafe to go in and chill with the kitties! Go check them out and donate or adopt if possible! These babies deserve a happy life.
