These guys have the best selections in the Houston area. All of their steaks are always marbled incredibly well and the customer service in top tier.Do yourself a favor and try the Wagyu Denver cut and some of the stuffed pork-chops. 12/10

We made our first trip last week and purchased a wonderful Prime brisket, some wagyu tallow and 6 lbs of sausage (Rosewood wagyu cowboy and Jalapeño Cajun Garlic Pork). That was one of the best briskets and sausage I've had! We will definitely be back for more!
