12628 FM 1097, WillisWe've been taking our pets to North Pines Animal Hospital since the beginning of 2023, and we consider it our primary veterinary hospital for our pets. The veterinarians and staff at North Pines have always provided excellent care to our pets. They've been very patient with our rescue dogs (and especially patient with one that is very nervous) and they've always made an effort to have it be a positive experience for our pets. All of the staff is wonderful!
It's also really great that they are a Trupanion DirectPay hospital too, which means our pet insurance will pay them directly (and we don't have to file for reimbursement!).

They are extremely transparent and reasonable with billing. Our pups absolutely love the staff and are excited every time we go. I have had dogs my entire life and this vet clinic has set a new standard for the care I expect my animals to receive. I can’t say enough about them! They are truly an example of vet care that is all about the animals and not about the profits.

9521 FM 1097 Rd W, Ste B, WillisDr. Ferreira-Nichols saved my 8 year old Shihtzu, Ruby. I was staying at my parents house in Huntsville and my dog hadn’t eaten in a couple of days and her stomach was bloated and hard. Saturday evening we took her here because we were so worried. After doing x rays and bloodwork we were told she had an infected uterus and that it could rupture and my dog could die. We were also told that her bloodwork was not the best and she may not even survive surgery to remove it. Not only did she survive, she came home the next day and is thriving. It’s been 2 weeks now and she is completely recovered and happier than ever.

10430 FM 1097, WillisWhen I found Paulina at The Mannered Mutt…I was at my literal wits end in attempts to get my puppy potty trained and going outside! She had no patterns- no schedule- no rhyme nor reason for it lol but she would go outside and play but NEVER potty until the minute I brought her back inside! Talk about stressful! With the help of Paulina’s puppy potty training course and her dedication and hard work that she put into our Chewy girl….im so thankful and happy to say from the minute I picked her up——NO ACCIDENTS and she is on the best schedule! Paulina is absolutely the sweetest and will just love your baby just like they are her own! She is so helpful with knowledge and information along the way and her communication is great! She gave us a schedule to follow and super helpful tips and tricks! I would recommend her to anyone for a pup at any age or stage! We’ll definitely be returning for later stage training! Couldn’t have gotten to this point without her and we are so thankful! Please— for all your pups needs…. Call Paulina and you’ll be so satisfied and your baby will be in the best hands!

12097 FM830, WillisDoesn’t look like much from the outside. As a matter of fact you could miss it if not looking but we were looking! Had this place recommended and been wanting to try. Go early or call to make sure they haven’t run out.
Didn’t disappoint at all. Food was amazing. Sliced beef and chicken plate was tender and smoked really well. Sauce was thick and sticky. Just the way I like it. Baked potato salad was delicious. Beans were pretty basic and didn’t care for Cole slaw. Even eating in everything was packed to go?? No sauce or beverages available for self serve. Despite those negatives I would 100% go again. Great food!! Hidden gem in Willis.
