“I just want to appreciate The Curbside Staff, they have all been very pleasant, smile on their face, quick to start a small convo to see how my day is, or plans for the holidays, as they load my trunk up My orders are complete, swift with my order.Today a young guy quickly loaded my order, and yet took the time to start a brief pleasant holiday convo. Would love the option in the App, to give compliment reviews for individuals after pick up.Excellent Customer Service isn't just about Goods, and Quick Service, it's also taking a brief moment to have a verbal interaction and allow the customer and the working staff to exchange appreciation for each other.Please share my compliments to the young man, for being such a great HEB employee, and such a sweet individual he is.Customers Remember - Nothing in this lifetime is always going to be 100% perfect, Not You, or anything else. “wanted to take the time and send this recognition for 2 partners that have completely gone out of their way to display great customer service! Both partners are out if the produce/deli department. Mike and Diana! I walked up to Mike and made, what I thought was a weird request. I asked for a smaller portion if penne pasta. He didn't dismiss me or simply said NO. he stopped what he was doing and went and asked. A very nice lady came out,Diana was her name. she explained what she could do and made it for me. I was so happy and thankful that she took the time to help me. I have visited many HEB's and by far, this location has been the cleanest, friendliest and they always have what I'm looking for! I commute from San Antonio daily to New Braunfels and this HEB is my daily stop to pick up my lunch. This HEB truly reflects what HEB says it stands for. This location is my favorite and with partners like Mike and Diana, I will only shop here! thanks Mike and Diana! Thanks for making my day and making me feel welcome!”

“I went to HEB today to pick up my medication and I had to wait so I went to check out the sparkling water because I have been wanting to try one. As I was looking a store manager asked if he could help me. I told him I was going to get the individual Cascade drinks before I purchased a case and he asked which did I want to try. He grabbed the two I wanted and he took them to the cashier and said to give them to me free. Taht was amazing. He was so nice I wish I knew his name. They are always so helpful. I have never had a bad experience. I’m so happy it’s my neighborhood store!”

“Absolutely five stars for the Lincoln Heights Market H‑E‑B in San Antonio! I was told by several friends that H‑E‑B was a must-visit if I was in the area, and I can confidently say it did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and well-stocked the store was. The layout is intuitive, the aisles are spacious, and everything is clearly labeled, making it easy to find exactly what you need — and a few things you didn’t know you needed!
Let’s talk about the produce department — incredible. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully displayed. You can tell they take pride in offering top-quality fruits and vegetables. The meat department, though, was truly next-level. The selection was expansive and well-curated, with knowledgeable staff ready to offer suggestions and answer any questions. I picked up some steaks that were absolutely perfect — fresh, well-marbled, and reasonably priced.
One of the absolute highlights? The H‑E‑B butter tortillas. I’d heard people rave about them, and now I get it. Warm, soft, buttery perfection. Honestly, I could eat them straight out of the bag (and I did). They’re a must-buy if you visit.
Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there, which adds to the positive shopping experience. This H‑E‑B has everything you could want from a grocery store — quality, selection, service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll absolutely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the San Antonio area.”
“I ordered to have my prescriptions delivered for free. They told me it would be about six hour wait but the delivery driver showed up about 3 1/2 hours after I called them. They're pretty quick and efficient once you receive the prescriptions you sign your signature on to his cell phone and then they leave. It's very convenient.I highly recommend using H-E-B prescription pharmacy delivery, it's great for those that are senior citizens or who is sick and can't get out of the house”

“The ease of just presenting a barcode to deposit cash to my bank card account was simple enough. what I didn’t enjoy was the difficulty of getting money on the card. Plus you have to at least carry a minimum amount of $20 just to deposit now I didn’t like that about my bank. I’d wish it would allow me to deposit cash to my card directly at any cash amount in order to build up money on my account in order to pay bills on time.”
