Joe was able to explain which models he felt were best based on a 3D scan of her feet. Joe took care of us through every step of the process and listened and addressed our needs. We left with a pair of shoes and the knowledge that we needed. Joe is the best!”
“I was looking for soccer shoes for my boys and found a great selection at good prices. The only thing I dislike about the store is their return policy—no refunds, just a store credit. Overall, it’s a great soccer store where you can find all your soccer gear, and the customer service is excellent.”

“They have EVERYTHING! Found my #21 Robertson Dallas Stars sweater that I'd been searching everywhere for but only found Benn or Seguin or just generic team jersey. Not a bad price either considering I thought I would surely have to order it and wait for it to be made and sent. But there it was hanging up, all sizes and probably had the whole Stars roster but only interested in Robertson (which is my last name AND I wore green #21 in junior high football so I had to have it. Love this place.”

“Found them as a result of constant Google searching, I’ve seen great reviews. Wanted to let anyone else know that the reviews are in fact true. I took a jersey in and it was done perfectly. Mind you, the jersey I took in was completely blank. I love it. Feels like it came from the MLB store. If I do have a need for a jersey…I will definitely come back.”
“We visited this Reebok location the weekend before Thanksgiving, and it was very busy! Staff greeted us at the door and let us know the promotions. I noticed Tashi, who I later found out to be the manager, was particularly impressive in the way she circled around helping customers and even suggesting add-ons (socks, clothing etc.). Her energy was infectious and it made me WANT to shop there. If I was looking for an ideal experience, Tashi provided that and more. Kudos to Tashi for an outstanding job!”

“I was initially reluctant to return to the New Balance Allen store after a really bad experience last summer with the male assistant manager. But I needed new running shoes and decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did.
I was immediately greeted by Marcus, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to ask what I was looking for in a running shoe and even offered to size me to ensure the right fit. Despite helping another customer at the same time, Marcus made sure I always felt taken care of and never once made me feel like an afterthought.
My opinion of the New Balance Allen store has completely changed thanks to this experience. I will definitely be back and to his manager, please know that Marcus is a true asset to your team.”

I called around to multiple pool table companies and even moving companies, but no one wanted to move a 350 lbs box up the stairs. I called 5 Star Billiards and the were able to come that same day and have it moved and installed in 1 hour. They did a great job and really helped me out. I highly recommend!”
