“We have used High-5 for rec soccer jerseys for many years. They have a smooth process for sharing order details with parents on the team. They proactively prevent issues like having multiple numbers, or confusing order pick ups. The cost is reasonable, and they have always been good quality. They have gone above and beyond with service as well, even helping me get something when they were outside of store hours.”

“I placed an online order and when I went to pick up I waited for over 10 minutes. I finally called the store to ask how much longer it was going to be. They said it would be right out. After another 5 mins an employee came out and got my order information and realized I had somehow ordered it for pick up at a store in Plano. So frustrating, especially after the long day I had. I asked her if there was any way to have it switched to the store in Rockwall and she walked me through how to cancel the pick up and change the pick up to where I was. Her name was Natalie and she ran in and completed the order immediately for me and ran it out so quickly! I was so appreciative for her help. True customer service!!”

“Twice in 6 months I have bought a pair at this brick & mortar store. This time 1 of the pairs was my significant other! We went to 2 other malls and current inventory wasn't cutting it for us. So we went out of our way for this. And it was worth it. IDK if it was because we both we're wearing new balances. But we got treated like royalty. The blonde manager on duty went out of her way to find us my girls right shoe size!
I intentionally ended up walking out with a pair of MIU 998s I tried to buy but we're sold out at another location. And I got them for 30% off the marked price as well!”

“I’m giving 4 stars entirely because of Mahira's (Guess thats the name) outstanding service. She was friendly, attractive, attentive, and checked in on me a couple of times to see if I needed help.
I was looking for sizes 10 and 10.5 but couldn’t find them on display. When I asked another staff member (an older lady in the next aisle), she simply said, “What you see is what we’ve got.” Later, Mahira passed by and offered assistance. I asked her the same question, and to my surprise, she went to the back and brought out both sizes.
Thanks to her, I found the perfect fit. I’ll happily return to this store — but only when Mahira is there. ?”
