“The new management is so nice and very helpful! I love that the building is very secure and you need a key fob to access the building. The parking garage is a huge plus too, it’s nice not getting into a hot car in the summer. When I put in Maintenance requests they always get back to me day of. I recommend this place for anyone with pets too, the dog park is spacious for your fur baby.”
“I moved in several months ago and have had a really incredible experience! A few things I've loved most:
-Leasing Office Staff: I've worked with all of them but mostly with Dominique and Kellen. Both have been super friendly, responsive and helpful from the moment I toured here to dealing with day-to-day questions. Just really great people.
-Maintenance: Top-notch, friendly team. I especially have to shoutout Dave. He's amazing. Has dealt with all of my requests very quickly and has done incredible work with each of them. Can't praise him enough.
-Amenities: This is main reason I moved here. You really can't beat all of the amenities and I've lived in several different communities. You can see them all on the website but I feel like they have everything I need, which makes me so excited to live here.
-Activities: It seems like they have at least some type activity every week. Just this past weekend they had an awesome brunch with a DJ on the rooftop. Vibes were incredible. They do a really good job of engaging the residents and creating fun environments.

“Village on Main has honestly been such a great experience for my husband and I since we moved in August of 2023. The staff are the best!! The ladies in the office are easy to talk to, and so, so nice and understanding! The apartments themselves are nice, we have a 1 bedroom, and it's super spacious with a walk in closet, a pantry, a large bathroom, bedroom, and living room. The kitchen is an open concept, with a bar separating the kitchen from the living room. Lots of storage space, with kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, and a few shelves built into the wall in the bathroom. The counter tops, carpet, and tile are all very nice, so are the appliances! Lots of outlets around the entire place, so things like plugging in a vacuum is a breeze. The pool area is beautiful and maintained very well, with bathrooms, which are also always clean. Pet friendly, also! All in all, both my husband and I love living here, and will definitely be renewing our lease in August!!!”

“We live in the older apartments that are cheaper so they are a bit out of date with the floors and appliances, but they have good prices, and we love the new management Ike! Overall we've had a good experience here, and have good neighbors”

“Good place to live. Reasonably priced, decent apt amenities, safe community, and not a lot of noise at all. But the water heaters always popped and made noise, so it takes some adjustment when trying to sleep.The fixtures inside are kind of old, but they get the job done and make the apartment a place to sleep and eat. Never had a problem with the internet, think my Xbox read like 175mb down. Lots of parking, dumpsters conveniently placed. Fitness center isn't a fitness center at all, but most people have a gym membership so no harm no foul.Would live here again for sure, only leaving because there wasn't a larger floor plan available at the time.”
“The units are huge, I love the private fences! Property manager was friendly and able to answer all my questions. I like that they do not have any add on fees, that’s so rare to find these days.”

“I have known Jeanne Muir for 'many' years. I have always known her to be a 'very' good person. She is very responsible, she is kind and she is trustworthy. She is a person who gives attention to detail. She is very thorough in her approach to everything. I've seen the attention she gives to the apartments. She is an excellent apartment manager. I have never seen her be unreasonable with anyone.”

“I toured the apartment complex this weekend and was very impressed. The common areas and facilities were well maintained and beautiful, the units were nice, and the staff was great to work with. Nick Fox gave me the tour and was both very kind and informative. Overall great experience with this property and team thus far!”
