“I can’t say enough about 2BY2!!! Our experience was amazing. We were helped immediately. They helped us with everything. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I love everything we bought for my son. Our favorite thing we found was the &collar white dress shirts. I even picked up some for my Husband and he is sold!! He will never wear anything else. The material is stretchy and they both are in love. We were able to get everything for my missionary for cheaper than any where we have searched. We will never shop any where else!!! I can’t believe I didn’t know about this store for my first missionary. It was a complete different experience. Thank you so much 2BY2!!!! We will be customers for life. ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“This was my first time coming to SLRC to get some comfortable walking/running shoes and I had a wonderful experience. They have a great selection of brands and their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Store is clean & has a chill atmosphere. I went in for my newest pair of HOKAs yesterday and Carson was awesome! Excellent customer service! 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you Carson for being super helpful, patient & kind ?? “I wanted to get a pair of comfortable walking shoes for my upcoming trip to Disney World as none of the shoes I currently own worked. We were making a trip to the Layton Mall from North Logan and when searching for comfortable shoes Striders (now Fleet Feet) in Layton came up with good reviews and good shoe selection. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and learned about their foot scan. Amber was a great help explaining the foot scan and what she thought I needed to meet my request. I tried on 4 different pairs of shoes (3 brands) with medium cushioning and one with high cushioning. I was more comfortable with the medium cushioning and now own the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever had, have inserts, and moisture wicking socks for the long days at Disney World. Certainly worth the trip and will visit again. Thanks, Amber!!!”

They took the time to observe specific things about how I walk, what different parts of my body are doing to contribute to how I walk and even gave me some tips/exercises to help strengthen some areas that are causing me pain. My inserts are so nice! I've had them for about 2.5 months and I love them and I love the shoes they recommended. I wear them both every day and I love knowing I can get through my day pain-free! “We took my 14 year old grandson school shopping in August 2024 shortly before school started and the store was very busy. The sales associate Anna came over and immediately started asked my Grandson questions about what he needed. She told about the Back to School Specials and before I knew it he had picked out several pants and shirts and Anna even talked him into trying them on!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! In all our years of school shopping I have never persuaded him to try on clothes. Anyway, she was WONDERFUL and even though it's a few months late. I haven't forgotten the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!”

“So glad I discovered this store! High quality and beautiful clothing - I like their mix of dressy, sporty and casual at a variety of price points. I love that they bring in great brands, but also brand their own clothing. Helpful staff (like on a Saturday they had goldfish and juice boxes for my daughter while I try on clothes) and clean store. They know what women want!”

“Extremely comfortable shoes, with a wide variety of styles! I grew up always thinking that I had flat feet, but their 3D scanner showed that I didn't, rather that I was standing in a way that LOOKED like I had flat feet and caused similar pains. The store manager was who helped us who was incredibly kind, patient, charismatic, and (most importantly) very well informed! All three employees who were in that day seemed very friendly and knowledgeable, but he was the one we worked with the most and did WONDERFUL.
My younger sibling also went in to try and find help for their fallen arches and left with the best pair of insoles they have ever had! Even better than the one their doctor recommended they use. We both left with incredibly comfortable and supportive shoes and with the knowledge to find other options in the future.
It was all pretty expensive: 2 shoes, 1 arch support insole, and a (basically free with the rewards program discount I signed up for) cleaning kit, ended up being around $435. So, about $30 more than we anticipated. But with the quality of product, service, and variety in products? SO worth it. Plus, we were told that it was a pleasant place to work, employee owned, and prioritizes their budget on quality of service/product over marketing campaigns. Those traits alone are worth spending a little more to me. I MUCH prefer to have expensive, high-quality products that will last from a place that treats their employees well, than a place that has affordable prices, but treats their employees badly and has cheap quality that will fall apart in 2 years.”
“I ordered a pair of Dr. Martens that I was so excited to receive, got them in the mail yesterday and the wrong pair was shipped from MN. No big deal right? I'll just reorder them...except that they're limited edition and sold out everywhere, are no longer in stock online, nor are they going to carry them again. I called customer service and was told exactly that - no more shoes in stock, the best I could do was take my wrong order to my local store (Layton Hills Mall) and get a refund. Walked in today on my lunch and spoke with Sav who not only FOUND me a magical pair that customer service apparently couldn't see, or didn't care to look for - but helped me order said pair, as well as return the wrong shoes I received. Sav went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me and I can't express how grateful I am for her help! Sav literally made my day! Thank you so much again, I can't wait to get my Wednesday Docs!!”

“I was anticipating the store to have better deals or cheaper options but most of the store did not. The only deals they had was a BOGO deal and it was only on a handful of shoes, none of those being in the men's section. There was a decent size clearance or discount section for women's but a very small section for men. The larger discounted section for women on one of the back walls had some shoes that were clearly worn. I don't necessarily have a problem with that but they are trying to sell shoes with scuffs and scratches on them for $35. Absolutely not worth that much. There is a smaller clearance section in the back of the store that has non-worn shoes and I found two for $10 each. That didn't make much sense but I did find two really cute pairs of shoes for only $21 total. We also came in with like 15-20 mins to close and the employees were very kind to us.”
“Famous Footwear has a great selection for all. High quality shoes that won't fall apart 2 weeks after you get them like Walmart shoes do. Even the day before Christmas they still had a good selection. I won't shop anywhere else for shoes. So save yourself some time and go here first.”
