“I have been working with Robert I Merrill for a little over a year. Everyone I have worked with has been great, but I would like to call out Christian Quayle as he is who I have worked with the most. He is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! He is so patient and easy to work with. We have had several complicated projects, and he has made the process so painless. I never doubt that he will get our request completed! I LOVE working with him! So grateful I get to work with him!”

“This is the only place I go when I have plumbing needs. They know their parts inside and out. I just show them a part that I have no idea about and they hand me the correct replacement.”

“If you've never been to Smith & Edwards in West Jordan, it's worth a stop. They seem to have a little bit of everything—hunting gear, fishing supplies, tools, work clothes, snacks, and plenty of things you didn't know you needed until you saw them. The store has that old-school, locally owned feel that's getting hard to find these days. Easy place to spend more time (and money) than you planned.”

“Beautiful faucet showroom. Lots of parts ready in stock for popular brands like Meon etc. A month ago they had nice quality Moen kitchen soap dispensers.. solid quality bought 2 super happy with those.”

“I broke the lens cover for my fluorescent light, I called them and got told they could cut a lens to size if needed, Chris and Craig were who I delt with, their customer service was a 10/10.”

“Fred helped me design a drip system quickly and get everything I needed to move forward. I did my first system many years ago with help from Sprinkler World as well with good results. They have the expertise, the supplies, and want the customers to experience great service. Hats off to the team there for the nice job they have done for decades.”

“I wish I had an excuse to come here more often. Something about this place is just fun. Maybe it’s the blue floor. Anyway, been coming here for years for an odd sprinkling system arrangement I have at my house. And they have always treated me well and have great products. Today, Blake was my guy. Fast and helpful.”

“I am a licensed backflow prevention tester and repair technician. I was in need of a part that none of my local supply houses could get me. One of my normal online retailers showed it in stock, but when I placed the order I got a phone call from them telling me they actually don't have it in stock and they can't get it. That's when I found Backflow Supply's website. They showed they had 3 in stock. I called and talked to Sean to make sure it was indeed in stock. I gave him the part number from the website and he confirmed they did indeed have it. So I ordered and had it at my doorstep in two business days. Long story short - great customer service, accurate inventory listed on website, and competitive pricing! I will order from them again.”

“Ace in the neighborhood! They carry items not found in the big box stores. I'll pay 30 cents more for an item here to avoid driving through traffic miles away. The free popcorn is retro from the '70's hardware stores. Staff are available for assistance when needed and they smile when they see you.”
3438 Bengal Blvd, Salt Lake City UT 84121
“Ace hardware always has the unique screw, bolt fastener that the other big hardware stores just stopped carrying. Always my first stop finding the fastener needed. Always like to look around to see what new stuff their putting out that is also unique that seperates it from other competitors. Love the layout, the people are always nice, and the ambiance is inviting.”

“Bolt Center Plus! So very helpful with a purchase of hose clamps that I couldn't source locally and unable to find online. This small store had exactly what I needed!!! I received friendly service from multiple employees and will be returning multiple times for sure. I suggest any and all friendly tradesman visit and get to know the inventory as they will more than likely have something needed. THANK YOU BOLT CENTER.”

“it had everything I wanted and more! I wish I could have spent the whole day in that store just wandering around pulling things off the shelves and throwing in my cart and the good news is when I bring my car up to the register and they ring it all up I'm still amazed, in a good way”

“This is the only Ace hardware store that I've gone to that I've actually enjoyed going to. John and the young ladies up front (Sorry I cannot remember their names at the moment) are so nice! It's the only time I've been to an Ace hardware store where they didn't make me feel like I didn't belong there. I will only go to this Ace If I need anything feom this store. They are incredibly helpful and I enjoyed going in there the handful of times that I did.”

“Wow! What great service! I’ve been in a few times looking at different things lately. All the ladies at the front desk have been super friendly and very helpful. My last visit was for the door handle for my door connecting my home and garage. The hardware wouldn’t open the door. I went in and purchased a new door handle . I needed help to get in installed. The sales woman went to the back asked Phil (manager ) if they had anyone that could do that for me . Phil was so kind to stop and install the handle for me . We have shopped at Tanner glass through the years. Always such great service! Phil, I hope the company knows what a great employee you are. I had a great experience with you and your store this last week. Thank you, Diane Bentley”

“It's definitely unique in the amount of different types of things, and hardware they sell. Buyer beware though, a $47 clamp here, is just under $5 at Harbor Freight! Most pricing seemed a little high, and the wire I was looking for was more expensive, so I didn't get it here. I'll go in again, but still check pricing before I buy! Friendly, helpful staff too!”
3470 S State St, South Salt Lake UT 84115
“I have been coming to Harbor Freight for years. When I had my own automotive shop I would buy my tools there. Sometimes they aren't the best but they work and they back up their guarantees. Over the years the Quality of their tools has gotten better and better. I believe if you buy the top quality tool there it's as good as a top quality tool anyplace else.”
1780 W N Temple St, Salt Lake City UT 84116
“Love spending money here, instead of at Home Depot or Lowes. No idea how local they actually are, but it sure feels IFA/ Local Feed n'Seed. They have everything. Even stuff I didn't know I needed ;) I'll always be back...”

“Emphatic thanks to the gentleman closing this evening that helped me remove some broken off screws jammed into a part I brought in from home, and then took me to find the replacements I needed. You were so kind to me and made a really big difference in my night--and I finished my project!”

“This place is amazing. Largest selection of cabinets hardware I’ve ever seen and the owners were very helpful and very informative. They even stayed way after closing to help us decide and find options. I will recommend this place to everyone looking for hardware, sinks, faucets and countertops. Thank you Heather for all your help.”

“I do Auto and boat upholstery for a living and I can always get almost anything I need there, unless it's fabric related. The door panel is for a convertible Porsche, I bought a plastic welding gun with clips and everything at Harbor Freight that it was essential to getting this thing back together, and I bought a staple gun at Harbor Freight for the boat cushions.”

“My son works here. He says it's a great company to work for. They treat there employees pretty decent. He's been there for several years not sure how many. Today is an anniversary day for him and has the day off. Thanks Beacon for being a great company to work for, for my son who I depend on a lot...”

“I sometimes shop at an Ace that isn't my regular neighborhood store, because my closest store is out of what I'm wanting, and I want it now instead of 2 days from now. This was one of those times. I've always been pleased with the service I get at all of the Ace Hardware stores I've been to. Always friendly, cheerful employees at Ace Hardware, regardless of which store you visit”
