“The employee's were super helpful and super kind. I had fraud on my card, so I came to get a new one. I ended up waiting over an hour at two separate branches to get a new card which was super annoying but totally understandable. I was able to talk to a super helpful employee who ended up telling me my card was stuck in the machine. Just wish communication was better.”
