“Denny with Sumo Fiber support was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely professional and was able to help me solve the problem that I had, which in reality wasn't even a problem with my service. It was me. I was the problem. He never said it, he took all the information and days worth of testing I provided and took every logical step that he could. He did not rush me off the phone, when we got stumped he asked good questions that eventually led to me finding out the issue. I have been an IT Engineer for going on 15 years and sometimes even other IT guys need someone just to sanity check their work. After todays experience. I would back Denny up in a Bar fight without hesitation.”

“I just bought a new iPhone from Tmobile about a week ago. I took it to the Foothill Tmobile store in Salt Lake City, Utah for some help. Lessie helped me set it up and sync to my Apple watch. He even stayed 30 minutes past closing time to get the job completed. The following day, Lessie put a new screen protector on my phone and helped me get my old phone ready to send back by clearing out my data, etc. Lessie was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and he has a great smile. Give that young man a raise!”

“Ricky was really helpful!! He was able to get done what other costumer service reps for Xfinity were unable to do.
Xfinity online customer service is a fraud. They claimed to have sent a router which never came. A week after ordering I went back in and realized there were additional forms to send in. Three weeks later I reached out to customer service and they claimed it was never shipped and there were no orders in to send it. So the first month of having the router on our plan was useless. Management at physical locations should be able to remedy this by extending the current rate for the router for the one month we did not have it. But such a solution was not offered.”
“I came in around 1130 to return some equipment . The store had a few people looking at phones and the employee was able to squeeze me in real quick. Total wait time was only a couple minutes and the equipment was taken off my account right away. Thank you”

“I went in to this store early this morning to exchange a TV box that another store provided to me and lied about. I didn't catch the name of the employee, and on the receipt it only shows D{E as the cashier, but he was easy to work with and prompt to address my issue and rectify it.
On a side note, I am not sure why there are a massive amount of one star reviews for this location. People seem to be confused that the employees at this location are not to be blamed because xfinity doesn't give them the tools to properly help people is a way that helps the customers. Their issue is with xfinity as a whole, not a particular store.”
“A solid five stars for this outfit. They were there before, during and after installation of our new fiber internet service to see that everything was running smoothly with our internet, devices and phone.
GREAT SERVICE and the price was competitive too.
I recommend them to anyone.”
