“Just discovered B J Plumbing today and was amazed at the quality and speed of service! The people I talked to were both very experienced and were able to help me get everything I needed. I’ve never used Poly before but was convinced to use it over PVC for my sprinklers. The people at BJ’s explained it all to me and gave me tips on how to install it.100% recommend!”

An employee offered to help me. He ended up going to the back and finding exactly what I was looking for. How often does that happen anymore. Someone actually checks the back and finds what you need. I've been helped by other sales reps here, too, and they've all been great. They have a huge selection of items needed for plumbing and hand tools and much more. They have a sales counter, you explain what you're after, then they go grab everything you need, and then run the register. Nice to have knowledgeable staff and procedures/processes that let them help their customers.”
“We were having problems with our old tankless water heater. Parts were under warranty, but the service company charged so much last time it was repaired I decided it would be best to buy a new one.I teach Construction Management at UVU. We done site visits at Peterson Plumbing Supply in the past. In the process, I got to know Ben Johnson as a person who is very knowledgable and that I knew would give me good advice.Ben said it would be best if he could come out and look at my space and gas line constraints and recommend the best tankless heater for my needs. He came out the next morning! I had installed the previous unit myself, but we have renters in the basement and I am too slow. He recommended Scott Burnett, owner of Burnett Plumbing. Scott came the next day and did the cleanest job ever!So to make this whole transaction extra sweet, when Ben was looking at the space, I told him my wife hasn't been super thrilled about me removing our water softner to free up space. I told him I really didn't like the environmental impacts of all of that salt ending up in Utah Lake either. He said that is really outdated technology anyhow and he told me about a "water conditioner" that not only softens without salt, they make one that has a carbon filter that does our entire home. Scott gave me a great price to install the water conditioner while they were there doing the tankless heater.My wife and I are so pleased with the entire experience. It is people like Ben who make Peterson Plumbing Supply such a great company. Highly recommended!”

“We came here to get a bbq & some pathway lights. We weren't sure whether the bbq could fit in our car so we had a very nice (very new) girl assist us. She went above & beyond to locate us a bbq that was still in the box that was up in the rafters. She helped us to take measurements of the box & went out to the car to grab measurements of the door. Additionally, just in case the box didn't fit, she set us up with will call so we could leave & come back with a bigger car. This girl was our hero this day! The box fit & we were able to have a great bbq dinner that same night. Everything is well stocked & most the staff had smiles & were polite/said hello. Only 4 stars because the young girl that helped us with will call was less than helpful. We wanted to grab a cover for the bbq and had to repeat ourselves three times before she stopped ringing us up & acknowledged us. She then didn't even bother to point us in the correct direction. Luckily our helpful gal was still around to help us out with the aisle number. Overall, great experience & customer service. Thanks!”
