Kaitlyn was very friendly during this review after a review of my coverages, Kaitlyn was able to save me approximately $300 per month on my auto coverages, and approximately $200 per month on my homeowners coverage. The process was quick and efficient. Kaitlyn was able to present the information and benefits of coverages on each policy in a clear and understandable manner. Leaving the branch, I felt confident that Kaitlyn was looking out for my best interests and getting me the best possible coverage. I was so confident and happy with the process that I referred my daughter and her husband to meet with Kaitlyn for their insurance needs. “We had a great experience this morning with this bank: we had a hard time getting a hold of a notary by calling around to various banks, so we decided to walk in to this bank and see if we might just get lucky. It turns out we did. We were able to get some complex and long documents notarized on a whim by their notary/manager, who was very polite and patient with us. We would absolutely come back here and are grateful that they were able to accommodate us on short notice.”

“Yesterday I went to this branch to open up a new checking's account after my old account got suspended. Tracy was the nicest, most professional woman I have ever met! This visit I came in to request new checks for a change in address and the teller made sure I got what I needed and printed off extra checks to use. Super helpful since I needed those checks that same day and didn't have to worry about waiting for the order to arrive in the mail.”

“I began banking with Transwest 9 years ago when I refinanced my auto loan for a better interest rate. I've stuck with them after that because of low credit card rates as well. Plus, what I like about transwest is that they don't make things complicated. You just pay off what you need to through the app, the app doesn't have a million and one buttons to navigate through, and no promotional deals which I appreciate (besides life insurance which, meh). The staff here are fine. They're not overly friendly, but I don't mind that. I'd rather they do their jobs right than do it wrong with a smile. Anyways, I've enjoyed coming in. I recommend banking here for great deals.”

“The Sandy branch of BMO Bank is AMAZING! Their staff (Nicole and Isaiah) were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were flexible in helping me with my banking needs. I had an unfortunate situation with another bank (check didn't clear due to a complicated situation) and they were trying to close my account. To stop this process, I needed a custom letter from BMO bank to be faxed to my other Bank. Nicole quickly understood what was happening and helped me resolve the issue. I've since worked with them on multiple other transactions, accounts, and they have continued to provide top notch service! Excited to keep working with them! We need more people like you!”
