Joe and Mike were excellent to work with, and the worked with my insurance company to get the repairs authorized and completed. Their work was excellent and my car was repaired quickly. When completed, my car looked like it had never been in an accident. Thanks to everyone at the shop who worked to repair my car!”

The main issue was the timeline. What should have been a more straightforward repair ended up taking close to two months due to back-and-forth with the insurance company over additional work. While I understand they aim for high-quality results, the delay made things stressful and inconvenient.
I’d suggest focusing more on quicker alignment with insurance approvals so customers aren’t stuck waiting too long, especially if a rental isn’t guaranteed.

“I was referred to West Valley Collision by someone who has been using them for 25 years. I see why he has continued to be a repeat customer and refer them to anyone who asks.. My vehicle was not only repaired to what looks like new but they even took the time to do a wipe down and vacuum of the interior. Drove away feeling confident with a warranty for the work done and an appreciation for their attention to details and customer service. While I hope I don’t need their services again anytime soon, I am grateful to have a resource I trust if or when I do.”

“my front bumper was hit and needed to be replaced. i loved that valley collision had a way to request an estimate all online. the first estimate i got was about $1,800 but I had another estimate from a different shop for about $950. Valley collision offered to match it but actually beat that estimate! I ended up paying just under $900. my interior was also cleaner than when I dropped it off, which is really saying something because my car was covered in dog hair. they were very professional and did a great job!”

We've visited other oil change centers around the area, and they offer the best price for a full synthetic oil change. Way cheaper than that Lube location down the street.
They offer tire repairs, rotations and you can pick up a set of 4 while you get that oil changed. We've had nothing but great experiences here. You'll see us there each time we need an oil change, you should consider this location the next time you need an oil change too. Enjoy”

“Everybody is always nice, I went in to try to find an air filter for my vehicle. Not only did everybody help me find the one that I want and needed , a couple of ppl/ employees explained which ones would get me certain miles and far as which ones I could clean myself.... they also explained some different things on my Tahoe, which was awesome and talked to me about some stuff with gas in my vehicle.So that was pretty cool... they Went above and beyond helping me with more than I came in for and I really appreciate it. I'm glad every time me and my girls have gone in. Everybody has been so nice. I don't go there necessarily because of the prices because I could go anywhere even though some places are cheaper for different things like any other store but I do go there because everybody is always nice and had been for the 13 years I've lived here and that's what counts. Everybody had smiles on their faces.I got greeted when I went in all around. It was just a pretty cool experience every time i've gone in. I really like this about that place. “I was changing oil at home for my newly bought 2009 corolla when I could not figure out how to unstuck the stuck oil filter housing. Whoever changed the oil before must have given it a very excessive torque. Brought the car to walmart and they took it right in. I only had to wait 5 mins then my car was ready to go. They were able to loosen it with the right tool and best part was they did not charge me anything. What a hero!”
