“My visits here are always quick and easy. I tend to come when I know that the store wont be super busy. I tend to visit when the store is near closing time or during lunch time during the week but always have the best results in the evening around 6/7pm. Weekends are always super crowded and packed. There have been occasions where I have called ahead of time to see if they had stuff in stock and they were able to help out and let me know if the item was in stock or if it was even sold in this location. I have always had a easy time visiting this location for whatever I may need to purchase and have always been happy with the customer service they provide.”

“Great store, and the staff is truly wonderful. Blessing and the rest of the team are dedicated professionals who always do their best. Unfortunately, the store itself has been declining. The quality of the merchandise and the overall presentation now feel poorly maintained, almost like a lower‑end discount store. It often has a noticeable smell of marijuana, which makes the shopping experience less pleasant and less safe.”

“'This used to be my favorite Walmart. Majority of the time they have everything I need. The atmosphere changed drastically the last year. Customers are rude and with no class or manners and they let their children run around wild with no supervision. It's a circus. The best time to go is when the store opens during the week days.”

“This Ross is a great spot to find the hottest and latest trends that you will not see yourself going or coming. The bedding and housewarming is neatly arranged. The jewelry is underrated. The MK white watch i got out of here was lovely. The leopard and skull earrings were so overlooked that I came back two months later and purchased them which was only $8.00 a bargain find you will not get elsewhere. The lines can be long but worth it. The loss prevention security officers are personable and friendly. The Asian manager was respectful, kind and listened to the bargaining of a price markdown on an horse statue with broken ears. I got for half price and I love it. I've also purchased a Juicy Coutour black rug that was beautiful and bedding to match. Only paying $64. A great bargain and it's very pretty.”
“I came for an item that was showing available in store on the app. I asked one employee who was a male, he saw it as in stock but didn't help me further once he didn't see it on the shelf. I then ask a female employee who asks her manager Sandra and she goes in the back to look for me and finds it! Sandra is super awesome and kind! I really appreciate it!! That was about a week ago and i'm still thinking of how kind she was ! Everyone should be like Sandra :)”

“We just went for flu and Covid booster shots. We asked and we're directed to the pharmacy, were greeted by a tech within seconds and got both shots easily and quickly. Key was registering online with the vital information needed. It took less than 30 min for 2 of us to each get two shots. The pharmacist couldn't have been nicer nor the tech. Thank you. Oh and we got cookies and icecream to celebrate .... Bluebell and Samoas at a much better price than elsewhere! What's not to love.”
“Have purchased tires for both of my vehicles from this location. For best service, order your tires online. You will be notified when they are in stock and then set your appointment. Again, for best service, recommend you get a 10 a.m. appointment time. Like any service (including physician offices) the later in the day, the more likely they will be running behind because unforeseen issues with someone else's car. Out the door prices cannot be beat, and service is NOT what Costco is best known for, though I have not had any issues with tires, appliance delivery or in store assistance when needed.”

“I love this HomeGoods because there's always something new to see. The staff at the Bailey's Crossroads spot is friendly and helpful whenever I'm looking for a specific find. I recently found great spring throw pillows there, but I've bought everything from rugs and coffee tables to barstools and home accessories over the years. It's definitely my default location for a reason, especially since I can always find unique knick-knacks for our home.”
