“I came here for inspection. Moving down here in 2020, I wasn't sure what to expect. But the technician told me I would be next, as she's working on another client, and would need to wait about 1/2 hour. I was a walk-in. While waiting, I met Steve, who does mostly the repair side. Steve's very friendly and cordial. He'll tell you straight up what is needed for the repair. And gives you options for repair, if there is any. A year ago, my transmission line had to be replaced. From what he quoted me, the final bill came in $300 less than what he thought the worst case scenario was going to be.
Their service is so great, I've been recommending them to people I meet. I'm glad Steve and my paths cross and will be coming here.”

I didn’t even realize that info was labeled on the driver’s side door. He also walked me through how to check tread depth and understand tire wear. Very friendly and informative; made sure I understood everything being done to the car.”

“Have purchased tires for both of my vehicles from this location. For best service, order your tires online. You will be notified when they are in stock and then set your appointment. Again, for best service, recommend you get a 10 a.m. appointment time. Like any service (including physician offices) the later in the day, the more likely they will be running behind because unforeseen issues with someone else's car. Out the door prices cannot be beat, and service is NOT what Costco is best known for, though I have not had any issues with tires, appliance delivery or in store assistance when needed.”
