“I've bought my shoes here for 10+ years and have had no less than five resoles on a few pairs. They come back almost brand new. On the last resole, they weren't able to complete it for some reason so they sent me a brand new pair. They also worked with me on a return where I had an issue with the receipt. “I went to Nordstroms to try to find something to wear to my father’s celebration of life. No luck and there were very few salespeople in the store to help me. I then went to WHBM and was cheerfully greeted by Monique. Monique was so helpful and professional. She took the time to help me navigate and find the perfect outfit. I ended up buying a few. She was thoughtful in her recommendations and not at all pushy. Monique and her colleague were so lovely, it was a pleasure to spend time chatting with them. I will be back.”

“I’ve shopped Loft for years and am happy with that brand. I’m posting because I wanted to leave a GOOD review for the staff at this location (at least in my experience today).To be clear, I’m not talking about the rep on the other line of the 800 number I called to work out a payment issue—he was rude and short with me.The actual sales rep at the store I worked with today was helpful, patient, and kind to my child. When I asked about a return on an order, she was pleasant and polite the entire time. The other reps in store were friendly, too.”

“Freaking awesome! Caesar is one cool Kat. I believe he is in charge- if he isn't he should be. Anyhoo - I made a purchase here for a pricey item. I am fiscally responsible - cheap. I make informed decisions because "house money" is nonexistent these days. Caesar made it easy. I asked him to see what I wanted to see and he helped me make the best choice possible. He wasn't pushy - he was laid back. I went recently to make a purchase and the young lady that helped me was equally awesome. She has that laid back I am not going to ram these shoes down your throat attitude. I miss places like this. Thank you Journey's Pentagon y'all have done a great job with the folks you've hired especially Caesar!”
