They know the products they carry, know what I like, suggest items that they think would look good on me, and give me honest feedback. Brandy and Rhonda are friendly and remember their customers' tastes. And they are stylish so you have confidence in their tastes. J. Jill as a company has a new designer who is really staying true to the J. Jill customer while being on trend with colors and cuts. There are a variety of options, with more structured garments appearing in the line and the collections flow into each other so that you can build a wardrobe.”

“It's a great little shop but they had one extra large shirt in the store and it didn't fit. That's the size of every other shirt I own so I think it should have fit. Any way. Poor selection and poor fit are my complaints. It's a shoe store so I just took off one star and the staff seemed nice.”

“Very amazing store.. I love seeing a group of young individuals hustling together like a family ! They have everything in here from baby shoes to even purses ! Essentials Fear of God, Jordans, Yeezys, & Nike dunks I was mesmerized coming into a store like this in the DMV area it made me very excited to run and tell my friends and family about this amazing establishment. Customer service can be iffy at times but if you are interacting with the staff at a good time you will get nothing but amazing service”

“I’ve shopped Loft for years and am happy with that brand. I’m posting because I wanted to leave a GOOD review for the staff at this location (at least in my experience today).To be clear, I’m not talking about the rep on the other line of the 800 number I called to work out a payment issue—he was rude and short with me.The actual sales rep at the store I worked with today was helpful, patient, and kind to my child. When I asked about a return on an order, she was pleasant and polite the entire time. The other reps in store were friendly, too.”
“My kind of shoe store! The employees are polite and helpful, but do not pressure customers for a sale.The store is spacious and clean; there are plenty of brands and styles to choose from.One thing though, there are signs indicating Women's & Children shoes, but no obvious sign for Men's shoes.”

“Freaking awesome! Caesar is one cool Kat. I believe he is in charge- if he isn't he should be. Anyhoo - I made a purchase here for a pricey item. I am fiscally responsible - cheap. I make informed decisions because "house money" is nonexistent these days. Caesar made it easy. I asked him to see what I wanted to see and he helped me make the best choice possible. He wasn't pushy - he was laid back. I went recently to make a purchase and the young lady that helped me was equally awesome. She has that laid back I am not going to ram these shoes down your throat attitude. I miss places like this. Thank you Journey's Pentagon y'all have done a great job with the folks you've hired especially Caesar!”

They took the time with passion to educate me on how to choose the right fit and so many other aspects of excellent foot health. They also helped me come to a conclusion that the Glycerin 21's Brooks (at a great value price) are the most comfortable for my feet and also happens to be my favorite shoes ever.
