“We had an excellent experience here getting my teenage daughter new training shoes. The associates were very friendly and helpful measuring her feet, their arches, etc and then recommending the perfect shoe. They were patient while she tried on and tested the shoe options. Would highly recommend!”
“Came in after work to get my first pair of running shoes and get my feet measured and GAIT analysis. No appointment took like a minute to get someone to help me. Antonio is the best, got me measured and fitted into three different shoes to try on in a few minutes. He went over how they should fit how each shoe was different. He even showed me proper running form on the treadmill, dude is the goat! Left with a pair of Brooks Ghost 18 and have been running with them for a week and they have been amazing. Will be back when I need my next pair of running shoes.”

“I went to Nordstroms to try to find something to wear to my father’s celebration of life. No luck and there were very few salespeople in the store to help me. I then went to WHBM and was cheerfully greeted by Monique. Monique was so helpful and professional. She took the time to help me navigate and find the perfect outfit. I ended up buying a few. She was thoughtful in her recommendations and not at all pushy. Monique and her colleague were so lovely, it was a pleasure to spend time chatting with them. I will be back.”

“I stopped by Kids Foot Locker at Pentagon City and overall had a decent experience.
I was able to find some really nice shoes and a few items for my kids, which I appreciated. They definitely carry some cool styles and name-brand options you won’t always find at places like Carter’s or Gap, especially if you’re looking for more athletic or trendy looks.
That said, the selection felt a bit limited. They didn’t have as much variety or stock as I was expecting, especially in certain sizes. If you’re looking for a wide range of options or more basics, you might feel a little restricted compared to larger kids clothing stores.
The store itself was clean and organized, and the staff were helpful when needed. It’s a good spot if you already know what you’re looking for or want something specific and stylish.
Overall, I’m glad I stopped in and was able to find a few things, but I do wish they had a bit more inventory and size availability. Still a solid option for kids’ sneakers and athletic wear.”

“I’ve shopped Loft for years and am happy with that brand. I’m posting because I wanted to leave a GOOD review for the staff at this location (at least in my experience today).To be clear, I’m not talking about the rep on the other line of the 800 number I called to work out a payment issue—he was rude and short with me.The actual sales rep at the store I worked with today was helpful, patient, and kind to my child. When I asked about a return on an order, she was pleasant and polite the entire time. The other reps in store were friendly, too.”
