“We went into the store after viewing a particular chair online that we were interested in. The salesman was very helpful, but we are disappointed that the price the very next day was $100 more. While they will price match for future sales, they wouldn’t match the price from the day before that got us into the store.”

“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”
“i had the most impressive experience at the Sterling, VA store. I needed to return a product, and I had thrown away the receipt. Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! She did finally find the transaction on the credit card I used. Appreciate the fact that she was determined to help me return this item. Very customer service oriented! Thank you very much Laura.”

“I have been sewing for over 40 years. Typically I used Joann's Fabrics but over the last several years, the prices of the fabric has gone up, and the selection leaves a lot to be desired. Hobby Lobby has a beautiful selection of fabrics and they go on sale every other week for 40% off. Also they have a very large selection of notions that are typically 99 cents on sale ( also every other week), but zippers are 99 cents every day. The people who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to properly secure fabric and put it away in the correct places. This takes an extra minute when you are buying fabric, however you can always count on their fabric section being very organized and stocked. When they run out of a fabric, they immediately order it and it is available the following week. I am very happy with the quality and selection of the fabrics here, as well as the reasonable pricing ( during the sale weeks especially)!”

“I went with my friend to Home Goods to look for some red ornaments for her Christmas tree. I don't think there's a better place then Home Goods to look for anything for your home. Right as we walked inside there was a large life size Santa, and even a larger nutcracker. If you have little kids please do not get these, as they might give them nightmares. Well this Home Goods, has it all from ornaments, to reefs, to decorative table cloths and napkins. There's also, pots, pans, cutting boards and glasses! Some areas are a bit messy, and others are over cluttered with breakable items. So use caution when selecting your item. Overall this is a very nice and very well stocked Home Goods.”

“Ross is definitely better than other similar discount stores. They carry better brands, and the store is usually much cleaner and more organized, which makes shopping more enjoyable.
The only downside is the checkout experience. No matter what time you go—even on weekends—there are usually just one or two cashiers, which leads to long lines every time. It’s the only thing that takes away from an otherwise great shopping experience.
Still, for the value and quality, I keep coming back!”

“Ross Dress For Less — is what it is. Looking for economy, looking for whatever you can find then this is the store for you. We went to the location in Chantilly VA. And they were not exactly the same. Staff was professional. However they left some of the clothing alarms beeping the entire time we were there.”

“I liked the other reviewer that said the “best bang for your buck”, they were spot on :). It’s one of those stores that you never know what you might find.Their prices are the best. One example, I got a pair of velour Spyder joggers for $9.99. Crazy. Over the years, I’ve gotten some awesome items, at great prices, of course.They have name brand clothing, backpacks, luggage, shoes, etc. They seem to have almost everything but on a much smaller scale of a big box store.No matter what town I’m in, if there’s a Ross there, I check it out.I saw a bad review about the fitting rooms. Yeah, Ross could do better. How about leave the dressing rooms open at the front of store. I feel they shouldn’t be closed for cleaning during store hours, unless there was an accident or something. Having the dressing rooms open… I’m guessing lead to more sales :). But don’t feel it’s a reason to lower my star rating if there are issues with the dressing room, because I do love this store. Hoping they see the reviews and fix the issues. Customers want to try stuff on, it’s paramount when you want to buy clothes.All in all, I’m drawn to Ross and have to stop in when I’m in this shopping center.”

“Our family loves Ugg. The shoes are comfortable, durable and warm.
If you’re looking for snow boots the Adirondack is amazing. My husband, myself and my daughter have them. They are so warm. My husband said they are the only boots that keep his feet warm while shoveling snow.
I noticed there were some negative reviews but that wasn’t my experience at all. My visit was positive. The manager and other staff were so helpful, friendly and kind.
I visited in February so it wasn’t crowded. I heard that during the holidays there were extensive lines and customers had to wait to get into the store. This is not a large store and they do try to keep the crowds to a minimum in the store since it’s on the smaller side. I’d recommend during the holidays to order online if you can. Personally I won’t wait in line for extended periods of time, as I do a lot of online shopping instead.
I would recommend to Ugg corporate to maybe lease a larger store at this location or open other stores in Virginia nearby since this is the only Ugg store in Virginia?
They have a variety of items but not all items that are founds in Ugg.com.
It’s definitely worth going to this store as they do have sales, but with the realization that their shoes/boots may be in high demand during the holidays.
I’ve been to this store a few times over the past couple years and have had a great experience and would definitely shop there again.”

It matches perfectly with the hardwood already installed in our main living areas! Carpet Decor promised to complete the job in one day and they were true to their word.
