“Our regular postman from this office is lazy and rude. Complains and throws packages to our office door if they don't fit in the regular mailbox. He flat out won't deliver anything requiring a signature because he doesn't want to get out of his truck and doesn't even leave a notice of attempted delivery so you end up having to go to the branch to get your packages which can be confusing because the tracking will just show a delivery exception with no information.

On the other hand the actual post office branch is great. Front counter staff are always really friendly and helpful. Every time I have to come in to get a package the postman refuses to deliver they at least are able to find it quickly and are apologetic about the hassle.”

“Just moved to the area and I ship out A TON of packages. I first went to the USPS on Salder Place in Innsbrook and the man working there was overly nice to the man in front of my but as son as I got to the counter the entire attitude changed and he acted like I was a problem for him. I laughed in his face because of the obvious intentional behavior. I found the Mountain Road location and the woman at the front has been heplpful and pleasant every time I have gone in. Today she even used a translator app so she could help the man in front of me who didn't speak English to make sure she was able to get what he needed done correctly. Will only be using this post office because of her!”

“For USPS this location is honestly pretty good. I’ve been many times in the past few months for a variety of things and they’re always willing to answer questions. They don’t necessarily go above and beyond in their desire to help customers but I can always get done what’s needed. Recently I needed to mail something ground and only had a priority box. I covered 85% of it with white paper and labels but there was still some red sticking out designating it as originally a priority box. The other gentleman seemed to want to help and ship my item anyway but Jeff was a stickler for the rules, which I get. He kindly helped me repack it and mail - but then charged me $4 for the box unexpectedly. At my firm we would have just comped the box but I guess a government institution doesn’t really have incentive to so that. Anyway, overall I always have a positive experience with just slight annoyances as can be expected from USPS. Compared to other locations this one is solid.”
