She adores him and he knows it. She and Darleen are patient and loving with my guy and I’ve seen them with the others there as well. I strayed to another groomer one time. But they “poodled” my doodle and I came back to Village with my tail between my legs. Haha!

2401 S Main St Suite F, BlacksburgThe staff are so friendly and willing to work with you with holistic and western approaches. The first time I went to HVC my lab was having lots of stomach issues. He was reactive to people and other vets in the area refused to see him (no bite history or any major behavioral problems he would just sound very scary because he was scared). The staff here was so friendly even with him barking they worked with him and now he absolutely loves them and doesn’t dread going. I would 100% recommend Holistic Veterinary Consultants!

103 S Main St, BlacksburgMy daughter and I stopping for dinner last night and wow, so glad we did. From the lovely greeting from the owner to the superb service and did ai mention the food!?! We started with the ham biscuits served with apple butter. My daughter had the fried chicken and I had the meatloaf. Everything was absolutely amazing! Don’t miss this place if you are in Blacksburg!

Came here a couple weekends ago and enjoyed a flight of wine and the Vineyard pizza (topped with marinara sauce, caramelized onions, bacon, feta, roasted grapes, arugula, and balsamic glaze). I picked 3 whites/rose and one red wine for the flight (I wish they had a sparkling option!). Sat at one of the picnic tables and there was live music, just an added treat. Sunset views, delicious wine, and equally delicious pizza .. could not ask for more. Staff was delightful as well - making for a perfect Friday night!

Their wine tasting experience was informative and we got to sample some amazing wines. Before tonight I never really enjoyed red wine, but after tasting some the offerings there, I’m sold. Took home several bottles and am now a wine club member. Thanks for an excellent evening.

201 College Ave, BlacksburgThis was my go to place when I was attending at VT. I find the gyro is the best and I always compare other gyros when I traveled to this one. I'm shocked to see the place still opens. I remember fondly of the owner here when he corrected me how to pronounce Gyro correctly. Anyway, the place is mostly the same as I remember back in the 80s. The Gyro still tastes the same. I don't remember the curly fries though. That is new to me. Service is fast. Definitely a must visit if in town.

Our waiter was an absolute sweetheart (I forget her name ??) she brought my daughter out dough from the back to play with! It was such a sweet gesture. I’ve been a regular there for years. I love the food and the staff. Highly recommend the Soriano Italian Sub, calzones, pesto pastas, and the Greek salad! Yum!

I found this place in search of a spot I could get a chai tea latte that would meet at least half of my expectations. It met all of my expectations! It was perfect! The staff were so nice and helpful. I was able to sit, enjoy the surroundings, check my emails while my son was back at The Inn catching a few more Zzzzs. The food looked yummy, but I did not have any because I am not a morning eater. If my son decides on VA Tech, on my visits I will be here every morning after my workout to start my day!!!

The managed a game day crowd with ease, and the fall touches were noticed and appreciated. We had a Spooky Salmon omelette and Halloweeny breakfast. So fun! The house brew coffee was tasty, but the Carmel latte was average. The pastries were delicious, especially the cranberry cream cheese croissant! Try that! The apple pie macaroon and turtle brownie were also amazing! Overall, we were pleased! We will definitely be back!
