I Talked to staff 2 days prior to ordering & RX was not approved until later the day of my appointment and it took 6 days to get the meds that I paid extra for express shipping. Won't waste money on that again

200 Central Avenue, ChristiansburgWe had such a wonderful experience with Town & Country Veterinary Clinic during an incredibly difficult time with our dog, Ellie. Dr. Nick and Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. They took the time to help us figure out what was going on with Ellie, and when we ultimately learned that she had a fatal condition and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go, they treated both Ellie and our family with so much compassion, kindness, and understanding.
The clinic itself is also such a beautiful, welcoming environment. The rooms are comfortable and homey rather than feeling like a typical veterinary clinic, and everything is clean and inviting. Even the clinic smells nice! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, kind, and caring.
Losing Ellie was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to go through, but we are so thankful that she was cared for by people who genuinely seemed to care about her and about what our family was going through. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Nick, Kaitlyn, and everyone at Town & Country for the care and compassion they showed us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic where you and your pets will truly be treated with kindness and care.

300B Roanoke St, ChristiansburgIf I could give more stars I would. Our family is so impressed with Kim and indebted to her. We are grateful for her expertise, resourcefulness and support. She helped our beloved stubborn and frequently annoying French Bulldog, Bentley James, go from a BRUT to a gentleman! Kim taught Bentley to have manners, play with other dogs and follow directions. We can have our family and friends over without apprehension! All of our family and friends are amazed at the transformation.
If your concern is cost, I will say that she is worth every penny if you value a sense of calm and enjoyment as well as a dog who has intention. She is so worth it that we are sending our Golden Retriever for manners as well. We see this as an investment in our mental health, all of our dogs’ mental health AND our family/friends’ mental health.
If you are worried about leaving your pup in the board training with Kim, I can assure you our hearts were happy because she sent us photos, videos, updates and instructions every night, Monday through Friday. Our family looked forward to Kim’s correspondence at night. We viewed and reviewed her instructions because they were so informative. It is obvious to all of us how knowledgeable she is; how much she loves her job and her love for these dogs!
We love Kim! We cannot thank her enough for helping us realize that our dog was smarter than we gave him credit for! He is such a pleasure now. Our home is much more enjoyable and relaxed. That is an acknowledgment to Kim! Huge fans of

I’m not a huge beer drinker, so let me tell you… the lemonade made them WAYYY better. Such a good idea and definitely made the experience more enjoyable for me. I highly recommend checking them out!

Pastries sometimes taste not fresh so now I avoid them. The service used to be a lot better in the beginning (employees change a lot). Caffe latte is very strong. There’s a nice area outdoor but tables and chairs are normally not clean so I prefer to stay inside. Even with some “negative” points I really enjoy the atmosphere of this place and I keep 4 stars because of that.

The food was delicious, and I highly recommend eating here. Every table had 5 different sauces, and a roll of paper towels. The atmosphere was great! Bathrooms were clean, and had a baby changing table.
