They have fair pricing for most items however since I was buying fish I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the fish tanks in the store. The fish were in good shape but with the tanks being less than clean left doubt about there healthcare and well being.
UPDATE:02/07/2026 : I just visited the store again and I was amazed how clean the tanks were and the amazing selection of fish they had , I purchased a few rope fish and a few others, very pleased to say the least and as always the staff was amazing and super friendly . You have a customer that will always support you and the store thanks for being my local go too pet store for all my pet needs.

They always took their time and were never in a hurry. They take the time to explain everything in detail. And they are very reasonably priced compared to any other place I've been. The front desk staff are amazing and the veterinary assistants always make Basil feel comfortable! She can be reactive and they always work with us on helping her get in and out, which is a huge plus.

Dr. Preston figured out what was wrong with our cat when 3 other vets couldn't, and saved our fur baby's life! I believe they gave all our cats many more happy years than any other vet could have, and everyone there cared for them with more compassion and love than any other vet I've ever been to. We have no more fur babies now, but if we ever have more, these people will be our vet. I can't say enough good things about them.

I have not been happy with some vets before but the vets here only recommend what they need to diagnose any problems, vaccines and preventative to keep my animals healthy, and treatment that is needed. They are extremely compassionate and listen to my concerns and answer my questions in a way i can understand. They have always worked with me on my budget, which can be very tight at times. Their prices are awesome and extremely reasonable compared to other vets that I have seen. They are definitely the vet office to go to!!
Update 3/28/25- still going here. They are my go to vet with my animals.
Update 12/5/25- they have seen my animals and 2 have went over the rainbow bridge under their care....nothing to do with the vet, but all due to old age and ailments from that. Their care has always been kind and compassionate and I know they care for my babies as much as I do.

I brought my family for the first time since none of them had ate here yet and it’s been my little secret go to, plus our pups and they got all the extra love and attention. ? They keep water bowls and treats on the patio for your pups, which was an extra touch of the southern hospitality to go with the phenomenal food! We were a 6 top, walk in, got sat immediately in an area that provided comfort for us, the pups, and others who may not have wanted pups around while they were eating! Very smart strategic seating from the staff. We had multiple drinks, apps, and all had entrees. The entire experience took less than an hour or so, but still didn’t feel rushed at all! We had Billy and James, just wanted to shout them out for making sure we had everything we needed at all times! The moment they saw the dogs they provided a water bowl for them and offered them treats, but they wanted the good stuff from the kitchen. ? our drinks stayed full, our apps came out fast, we had just enough time to finish them as the entrees arrived! Fried Green Tomatoes and Deviled eggs were perfect! I had the seafood tower, my husband had the meatloaf boat, one of the kids got the chicken friend chicken (to ? for btw) and the other two had wraps that they devoured! I really can’t say anything negative, if I had to pick something it would be the collards need more seasoning and flavor, but they were still decent. Mac & cheese was great, the mashed potatoes were phenomenal and I think I could eat a pound of those hush puppies. ???. If you’re looking for some good food to warm your soul, don’t walk, RUN TO THE HATCH!! ??????

Tonight they had a man carding at the front door. A customer came up already with a bad attitude. He didn't want to be carded and was insulted for he had been coming here for years. The gentleman minding the door whose name was Chris handled it very calmly with no attitude even though the guy calmed he didn't like Chris's attitude. the customer was clear trying to start something but only received politeness. I saw that same guy trying to start it up with another gentleman watching the door. Great job to Chris. He was also nice enough to stop and chat with me and do his job. I was the only one sitting outside it was nice to be acknowledged. Thanks

Updated review - still amazing! My favorite thing they offer is the rotating trip for the table tasting menu. I've done the trip roughly 7 times now and they've all been great! Tonight I did the wine pairing with the trip and that elevated the experience at a fair price.
