16760 Highlands Center Blvd, BristolI am not one to leave reviews but I feel like this is important. I had a grooming appointment today with Teresa (I think) for my 19 year old long haired cat. Her last groomers quit doing cats. I had difficulty finding someone to groom her for several years. Thank goodness for Teresa and PetSmart. I drove from Jonesborough and so glad I did. Teresa took extra time with my “Hot Tamale” I know little Hot Tamale feels better. Teresa had to quit before she was done bc Tamale got agitated. I have an appointment to try to complete it. I’m just so thankful to find Teresa to get tamale some much needed grooming! Thank you Teresa. I highly recommend Teresa and this PetSmart!

The coffee I got was yummy, and the barista (Michele) was kind and friendly, answering all questions. Great place to come and get some work done!

Great service in the tasting room dining area. Really good snacks. The pizza looks and smells great, we did not try the pizza.
