“i didn’t even known they existed in this shopping center. i was headed to The UPS store much further away but stopped for a drink at Panera. i looked up and they were right there in the strip mall. not only did it save me time, but AJ the Owner and the woman working there were both so friendly. all the customers in the store were enjoying themselves and the conversation. we were even talking to each other. when did you feel like community in a store, nevermind a postal supply store where you usually go when rushing errands? i know where i’m headed to next time i need supplies or shipping needs!”

“This is an unsolicited 5 star review of McLean Parcel Plus. I have been a customer for many years and have found their services in every way outstanding. The equipment they have makes exceptionally good copies and scans, which is what I use mostly. Clearly, the business is well managed by Ahmed who knows how to lead a team. What spurred me to write this review at this time is the outstanding job Rupesh did scanning close to 400 fragile old documents belonging to my late father whose records were deleted from Arlington national cemeteries website shortly after January 20, 2025 my father was the sixth African-American to graduate from West Point and the first from Michigan. for a family website and converting DVDs and cds, putting them on a hard drive. The quality of the work is outstanding. McLean Parcel Plus is an exemplary example of how a small business can enhance community life. I know of others who are extremely pleased with their services.”

“An excellent experience and excellent customer service from start to finish. The team went out of their way to help, took accountability, and followed up extremely well throughout the process when UPS fell short, and I was out of town. If I lived in Arlington or NOVA, this would absolutely be my go-to shipping store. If you’re in Arlington, VA, they are a must-use!”

“I had such a great experience at this UPS Store today! I’d just come from the post office where I was treated pretty poorly, but the customer service here completely turned my day around. One of the employees (I wish I’d gotten his name!) saw me struggling to get the door open and came right over to help. He was so kind and patient, and even set up a system for me so I’ll be ready next time I come in. It honestly made me forget about the earlier situation — his kindness really made my day.”

“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !”

“Best-kept secret in the region. I've had nothing but great experiences working with Quality Services for about 15 years now. Year after year, they've done printing, assembly, production, shipping, and storage services for my mid-size nonprofit organization. The service has always been top-notch and reliable, the people really go out of their way to help find solutions, and the prices are totally reasonable. My recommendation? If you've got a job, get an estimate from Quality Services and find out for yourself.”

“Thank Goodness I was recommended Northstar Shipping! I've worked in event planning for a long time, and I can safely say this is the best shipping company that I have worked with, and the only shipping company I will use from now on. Communication has been excellent, service has been super friendly, and when a different shipping company made a major mistake right before one of our biggest events of the year, the President of the company literally went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved even though Northstar had already completed their part of the shipment. Thats a level of care that you don't see often.Absolute lifesavers. Still can't thank you enough!!”
