“Miki, the Head of Maintenance, is by far one of the most amazing workers I have encountered here at Camden Fairfax Corner. I originally needed help with my blinds because they were sticking, and he took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain what the issue could be, and use trusty WD-40. Now they glide like butta.
He is genuinely the best, most non-judgmental listener I have ever met when it comes to maintenance issues. On top of that, I was also having issues with my hot water heater—I like to shower on the devil’s level ?—and he patiently explained why the temperature couldn’t be set any higher than it already was. Once he explained it, I completely understood.
Miki didn’t stop there. He also fixed my door that wasn’t closing properly. He took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong, quickly used his tools, and now it closes with no issues at all. I had also accidentally taken some paint off my door, and he went above and beyond by repainting it—now it looks brand new.
I truly wish all apartment buildings had people like Miki. He makes you feel like family and safe knowing he’s around. If I ever have an issue, I know that he or someone from his team will be there in a timely manner to help. I don’t know what Miki gets paid, but I do know it’s not enough—he absolutely deserves a raise!”

Overall first impressions are great. The apartments are well built/insulated and so far I’ve barely heard any street noise and no neighbors.”

“I worked there for a little over three years, everyone in the office and through maintenance were all great people. Of course there were times when you had to deal with something negative whether it was from an issue in the office, in an apartment and yes, I did have to notify Herndon Police to remove homeless people from the property but all in all, a very nice place. The kids had a playground and a soccer field and if my memory serves me correctly, there were charcoal pits for barbecues. If I was still living in Virginia, I'd still be there.”

Love the set up of the apartment, its light airy, nice stainless steel, great water pressure, the property with all the trees and grassy areas is very pretty and the clubhouse is newly remodeled with a very nice gym. Super happy with the proximity to all the shops too.”
“I had an incredible experience touring Cortland at Dulles with Latifa! After a very stressful morning of driving and dealing with other unhelpful properties, walking into Cortland and working with Latifa was a breath of fresh air. She is exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional. She went completely above and beyond to look at different inventory options, play with the dates, and find a layout and timeline that perfectly fit my budget and needs. Her customer service is unmatched, and she is the main reason I fell in love with this property. If you tour here, ask for Latifa!”
“I highly recommend checking out VY Reston Heights. Great location. Dinning located below and a Gold's Gym. The elevator to Gold's is currently down causing Gold's members to take up residential parking but its nice to see management has been trying to enforce towing for non-residents to ensure there is ample parking for the us until its resolved. The building is secured and the amenities are great. I would love to see a concierge added to assist with food/package delivery though.”
“We have stayed in Trevors Run At Dulles Center apartment for the past six years, and it is one of the best in this area. Trevors Run Dulles Apartments is in a great location, just a few minutes' drive from IAD Airport, Route 28, and Route 267.
The apartment and surrounding is very cleaned all the time.and the French doors gives natural bright all day long ,also they offer one time carpet cleaning for who needs , three miunts walk amazing playground for kids as wells as walking trails who likes to walking.
One of the main reasons we have stayed here so long is the outstanding apartment management. Ms. Liss is amazing—she is very helpful and always responds quickly to any inquiries. The apartment manager, Ms. Patrice, is also very positive and helpful.
The maintenance team deserves five stars *****—they are always prompt in addressing any maintenance issues. Mr. Alex, in particular, is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job.
Overall, Trevors Run At Dulles Center apartment is worth more than five stars! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in this area”

Nice location, spacious 1 bed rooms and nice exterior to walk around. Hallways were dim, but it sounds like they were being remodeled, so that may be fixed in the near future. Nice amenities and reasonably priced. Hopeful for the future.”
“I have sold many properties at the Savoy, a wonderful & upscale condominium building which offers fabulous community amenities and walking access to everything Reston Town Center has to offer along with walkable metro stop access. A SUPER place to call home!”
“Lived there for 2.5 years. Rating highly because:
1. 1 br apartment is spacious
2. Maintenance is quick
3. No utilities to worry about as all included
4. Cheap rent
5. Good community. Neighbors were respectful of each other.
6. Good location. Close to everything in Herndon with good bus connectivity to reston and other places. Bus stop super close. Old town is 2 mins walk, etc.
Not perfect 5 rating because:
1. There's so much you can get at this price.
2. Quality of floor etc might not be the best but still doesn't bother.
3. In some apartments, Central AC units outside the apartment makes a lot of noise during summers and its hard to use the balcony due to that noise.
4. Parking sometimes gets full if you come super late in night. Have to find street parking then.
5. Some incidents of mouse. But management was quick to help resolving that.
6. No control over the temperature of AC unit. Its central, so only have control over the amount of cooling/heating (worked fine for me though).”

“I’ve been here for about 5 months now. I haven’t had any major issues. If something is wrong they come fix it quickly. The office staff has always been respectful to me. Maintenance is also respectful. The only bugs I’ve seen are spiders( not poisonous) & that was after it rained a lot. They also sent somebody out to spray. My only issue is the children playing in the halls. Other than that, after 8pm I hear little to no noise.”

“I was a little intimidated to reach out to this complex due to reading so many bad reviews specifically about the leasing office. Even though I rarely leave reviews I felt the need to share my experience thus far. I have yet to move in (hoping soon!) but my correspondence with the ladies at the leasing office has been nothing BUT positive! They have been SO friendly and helpful and made an intimidating process feel comfortable and smooth. I’ve spoken with both Sarah and Glenda and they were honestly both so sweet. I find it hard to believe most of these reviews after speaking with them myself. If this is your only reason for not wanting to give Orchard Bridge a fair shot do yourself a favor and reach out anyways. Excited to meet them in person when I come in for my tour! Whether I’m approved or not will not change my review. The ladies in the leasing office have been wonderful.”

“I moved into this community the beginning of this year. After looking at over 15 apartments this community had many things checked off on my list. It’s quiet, it has great upgrades that make sense to their rental rates, it’s close to many shopping centers, it’s super clean, the grounds is kept clean even with the valet trash, the surrounding neighborhoods and parks are safe and quiet as well. I’m also very impressed with the maintenance staff and their attentiveness. The office staff was very helpful with our application process and are super friendly. Here’s my 1 problem with this community: I do not understand why residents are being towed when we pay to live in this community. I can get behind vehicles that don’t have the updated parking stickers and the visitor parking. If we’re registering our vehicles with the front office and they know which cars belong to which residents, why are we being towed? Since moving into my apartment in February my boyfriend and I have had our cars towed 3 times. $250 per tow. It seems like a money grab and we even had an incident where some residents were outside talking one night when the tow came and grabbed someone’s car. It’s not just us but others in the community that also have a problem with this issue.”
