“I've been dropping off my Amazon returns here for forever (and have never had anything but top-notch service), but my recent experience with using their printing service was INCREDIBLE. Ryan was very patient, answering all of my questions and providing helpful suggestions. I sent the PDFs to him, who reached out with me to confirm pricing before proceeding - in the end, his feedback resulted in a really beautiful program and seating chart at a better price than Staples or FedEx. “I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

Elsa and the other lady (sorry I keep forgetting her name) are always doing their best to provide the best customer support. BTW, the close up for one hour between 2 - 3 PM daily for their lunch I believe.”
“This ups store is not good, when you go for Amazon return, they gonna charge you $2:00 each for print return label and they force us to buy return bag and rapping tape . Other ups store doesn’t charge for print return label. Don’t go this ups sore”

“After an hour at the Verizon store trying to return a router. Due to a system error they emailed me an ups label. I was about to pay out of pocket at UPS to box and send, but the owner said let me look at something. He found the QR code needed to where Verizon paid for everything. The owner went above and beyond after an abysmal hour long call with Verizon to return my equipment. Thank you!”
